Pizza dough is awesome which is hard to understand for many. The crust is awesome, red sauce was really tops. Also had a calzone and it was just a home run. They are using really nice ingredients and I even tried their white pizza and I am sold. Excellent. You can buy the slice and you can test for yourself. I wish it was a tad better atmosphere if you sit down. it is a tad dreary but I think last owner set that up. I am glad this owner is in the ring-Mount Dora needed this.

I grew up in Queens NY & know good pizza. I ordered a large regular pizza with sliced meatballs here a few days ago. I have to say it’s very very good as were the meatballs. Next time I will try the Sicilian as it looks really good as well. In my opinion might just very well be the best pizza anywhere in the area or surrounding areas that I have found in 20 years of living here with very good pricing as well. Been coming to Anthony’s for a couple months now and the pizza is phenomenal each time. You can tell it’s fresh ingredients and by far the best pizza I have had in the area. Justin is in the kitchen doing it up. He had us try the Garlic knots and I absolutely love them. Keep up the great food Justin. I’m now a loyal customer.

My husband loves pizza by the slice, but there aren’t that many options in the area. We decided to give Anthony’s a try, and they didn’t disappoint! The fresh topping options was my favorite, I love fresh mushrooms on pizza!
Their slices are huge and my husband tried the wings also…delicious!!

“Absolutely crushed it with the white pizza last night! No tomato sauce, just a perfect garlicky olive oil base that was flavorful without being overwhelming. The cheese blend was creamy and stretchy—ricotta, mozzarella, and a hit of parmesan all melted together beautifully. Crust had that ideal crispy edge with a soft chew in the middle. Seriously one of the best white pies I’ve had in a while—simple, cheesy, garlicky perfection. 5/5, will be back for more!”

The new owner makes amazing pizza! We dined in and service was great. We kept it simple, large cheese. Amazing garlic knots (you can taste the fresh garlic and olive oil) and fresh dough and sauce. So much cheese. Next time, I am going to try one of the Sicilian Pizzas.

Ordered here for my first time and was very happy with the pizzas. I ordered through the Slice app, but it was apparently having issues, but everyone at the location was very apologetic (though had nothing to do with them). The pizzas were hot, fresh and tasted great

Stopped in aboit 40 minutes before close. We were the only folks in the place. Everything was FANTASTIC. Fresh cooked to order food (Picatta, Ala Vodka, and a third dish i forget) Delicious. And VERY generous with the sauce, which not many restaurants are anymore. Place was impeccably clean and staff was great. We will be back. Great spot for dinner before a show at Hideaway Peeforming Arts Center!

The food we got was very good yes, prices are fair and we will go back, just found out they charge for a credit card and have proof! but NO ONE told us!! we love to support small businesses, waitress on 1/13/26 early was friendly but dressed very unappropriatly unless it doubles as a strip club, which it doesn’t but she’s ready for it, called us honey, darlin and baby, we are grown older adults hmmm, and my wife too super unprofessional!!! the tomato sauce IS FRESH and HOMEMADE it’s real ,meatballs are real too not institutionalized, Love that! Has lunch specials but no prices posted or a menu on that! we will go back most likely for takeout only, but they charge for credit cards without telling you! We understand that but TELL us first! Waitress also forgot are drink to go for the lunch meal we ordered and took to go, pizza was very good we ordered for dine in, calzone super good too.
