I was the first to order before a whole rush. I waited about 40 minutes for a meal and two sandwiches. The cars behind me got the food before me, and they had a bigger bag than I did. This is ridiculous. The food is not worth the wait. If I wanted to wait this long I would’ve gone to a whole restaurant for the same price and better service. I was in the drive thru, so much for fast food.

I had several issues at the Culvers in Sebring such as restaurant cleanliness and appearance and asked for management to contact me. No one bothered to contact me so I will assume they don’t need my money either. Such as shame as Culvers was one of my go-to spots in Orlando. The best thing I can say about my recent experiences is at least the food was still good.

I just went over to Culver’s today, and It was GREAT! I got the Sourdough Melt. It was a nice, fresh patty with Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese and onions. It was so good! Me and my family definitely got filled up. The price was okay! It came out to $40+ for a family of 3, since we all got a burger, side, and drink.

I would probably eat here again! Overall, the service, food, and atmosphere was great! The waiting time wasn’t bad either, even though it was the 2nd day of opening! So, It’ll probably be shorter when the crowd dies down in a week or two!

The only reason they even got 2 stars is because of the food. It was good. However, fast food drive through should not be a 15+ minute wait. Our red flag should’ve been the number of cars pulled out front. During our first 10 minutes waiting only ONE car got its food. This is when we started to worry. By the time we left, there were more than 11 cars waiting. No one came out to apologize or explain what was taking so long for some burgers and fries.

The tenders never disappoint they were good. the problem we had was with our ice cream, despite repeating our order multiple times it was not quite right(wrong ice cream base, wrong size)and we had to go up to the counter to get our ice cream that was already made and partially melted.
While dining in we also observed the incredibly long drive thru line, there were some people in that line for as long as it took us to dine in.

I love Culver’s being from Wisconsin and all. But this place as far as the service goes is up and down. Got to take the good with the bad I guess down here. My best advice! Check your bag before you leave.

I recently visited Culver’s in Sebring three times, hoping that my experience would improve with each visit. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Each time, I ordered the Deluxe Bacon Double, and each time, there were issues with my order.

The burger was made incorrectly, and the fries were often spilled and not up to par. On one occasion, my custard was melted, which was disappointing. I found the food quality to be inconsistent and not what I expected.

What was even more frustrating was the lack of effective management. When I tried to address these issues with the staff, I was met with confusion and a lack of accountability. It seemed like no one knew how to resolve the problems or provide clear answers.

The staff seemed unsure and unprepared to handle customer concerns. Given these experiences, I would caution others to be prepared for potential issues with their orders and customer service.
