First my review of the cashier and servers: 10/10 they were nice and polite. Cheese curds were stale;
the chicken was overcooked and bacon was so dry it it could’ve been used as charcoal starter.
I asked for a burger redo because the first one was dry—second attempt came back looking like it survived a house fire. The patty was darker than the BBQ sauce and drier than my sense of humor. Honestly, that burger had no soul… just vibes of regret.
I picked it up and it was crumbling like it was filing for retirement. Even my BBQ was telling me “Yea, I cant fix this “.
I took a bite and it didn’t taste burnt.. it tasted like it resented me for ordering a redo. Great customer service though— it’s a shame the grill person seems to be running a crematorium instead of a kitchen.”
By the end, I was no longer eating a meal, I was surviving an experience.
And I doubt I’ll be coming back to this specific location.

I went through the drive through and the experience was superb. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich meal. The food was fresh, hot and delicious as well as more than I was expecting in portion sizes. This was my very first time ever at a Culver’s. I was working at a sister store of my employer across the highway and one of the employees there suggested them for a local lunch. Now I wish we had one closer to my hometown because I’d totally choose it over any of the options I currently have. 10/10 will done again!

Take out order. David was so fast, professional, efficient and kind. Repeated my order back to me multiple times to make sure it was correct. I was in and out of there in under 3 minutes. I was just stunned like if he’s not the manager, he needs to be lmao. Oh, and food is great as per usual lol

This particular visit,Food is NOT cooked to order.Most previous visits and this day,they over cook my fish after I told them “no over cooked fish”.They tell me they can’t because there cooker machine don’t allow it.
Another visit 9/23/2024 I wanted to give this location another chance for restaurant redemption. Fish was cooked a little better. But, on closer examination of the food, there was a hair in my fries. I really want to like this restaurant, but come on…a hair in my food ! For Christ’s sake, I spent over $17 for this dinner that has small portions of fish and that did NOT include dessert. I did not bring the problem to the manager’s attention, since the place was full of people and did not want to cause a scene. I also don’t like it when they offer you a free frozen custard or tell you to go to their web site for feedback, if something is wrong. I just want them to correct the problem(s)!!

I think their Cod is addictive in a good way, since Im back.Now when you order, they allow the order “Lightly Fried” if you use those words…yea ! I also like their frozen Custard with mini Cheesecake bites on top. I would give them a 4 star, but they are very expensive- All this was over +$20 w/medium drink, med. Frozen custard

Best fish sandwich ever . it’s cooked to perfection it’s a good size to fill your belly! The price is very reasonable for a fish sandwich. You order in line and take a seat. Within minutes your food is brought to you at the table your at. The staff always has a pleasant attitude and a smile. Culver’s is always clean. Culver’s also has a speedy drive thru system too. I always go back for that sandwich and more.

I had the 3 piece fish platter. The fish was crunchy, tender, juicy, perfectly cooked.
That is where the good stuff ends. The Tartar Sauce had a weird spit taste that was very off-putting. The fries were crispy but mealy, very odd texture. The slaw was ok.

Culver’s has quickly become our #1 for burgers as we find the quality high and consistent! Made to order means hot and fresh and that’s what you get here. In addition the staff is well trained and very customer service focused. All in all a great fast food experience which is definitely elevated when compared to the other well known burger brands.
