THIS PLACE IS WONDERFUL. I’m tired of bad fast food restaurants constantly so I decided why not try Culver’s, and now I’m thinking to myself WHY HAVE I NEVER BEEN HERE BEFORE! The service, AMAZING, the burgers, so fresh and so clean and SO TASTY, the pretzel bites WITH CHEESE, HEAVENLY. This is my new favorite fast food restaurant. They also give you little stickers for your car mirror so that they can bring your order right to you, how amazing is that! 10/10 would recommend everyone try this place. THe Fries are so nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, DELICIOUS. This place is PERFECTION and affordable. I’m so impressed, just wow.

Amazing service! Manager Ryan helped me out with a small refund (forgot to apply a coupon) and then guided me through some of the menu options as it was my second time visiting. Really kind. Clean place. Lots of employees. Very refreshing compared to most fast food places that only have 3-5 people in the place at a time. The interior is nice.

I’ll make this review short and sweet. We’ve never had anything short of great service at this location. Our experience, whether it was at the drive thru or dining in the restaurant, has always been great.
Their value basket is an excellent price, and they bring it right to your table when it’s ready. They also give military discounts. We were just happy to get a quick hot lunch for two that’s under $20. We’ll definitely return to this location in Riverview.

Waited 15 minutes for no service. Ended up leaving because not one single person said hello, it will be a minute. Nothing, mind you we were the only people in the place and drive thru was not busy. All the employees seemed to just be doing whatever they wanted and avoiding any sort of interaction. Will never be going to this Culver’s again.

Got two ice creams. Waited my spot in line like a kind customer. then got to the front and four cars behind me got their food. Then a worker came and knocked on my window and almost handed me food, to then say “sorry wrong car.” They think it’s a game. we had to get one of the employees attention, and asked about our food. She says “Oh we thought you guys left. I’ll go grab it.” she goes and gets our two ice creams, and hand them to us half melted with no utensils. very disappointed.

Ordered a dine in. Took my seat, waited 10 minutes, they bring out my order, burger was incorrect, took it back up to counter, explained to the lady 3 times what i ordered. EDIT: Kitchen staff at food window (on Feb 28 at 2030) has an attitude problem, throwing onion rings like he did. It resulted in them pooring out of the bag and his co-worker having to pick them up, putting them back in the bag.
Never thought I’d say this, but Culver’s has replaced McDonald’s and Burger King for me. OG Mickey D’s and BK were great, but over the last 10 years or so, Quality was replaced by Quantity. Now, if I want a fast-food burger, I come here and get a ButterBurger.
