Culver’s consistently delivers food quality and service that rivals many casual dine-in restaurants. Despite this location being busy, I had a seamless experience ordering through the app.
I tried a bit of everything: the North Atlantic Cod filet, cheese curds, chicken strips, a ButterBurger, and a Concrete Mixer.
My order arrived in the parking lot unexpectedly fast, and I was impressed that every item, sauce, and utensil was accounted for. While the cheese curds weren’t quite for me, the ButterBurger was excellent, the cod was cooked to perfection, and the chicken tenders were easily on par with Raising Cane’s.
The staff was friendly and the facility was spotless—this location truly sets the standard for the fast-food industry.

Placed my order online with curb side pick up for the first day opening it took like four minutes waiting on my order. but my second order took about two minutes. The Half Lemonade / Half Unsweet Iced Tea was nasty. the spicy crispy chicken club and the mushroom & swiss were great!! the ice cream even better!!

I ordered their ice cream through DoorDash with high expectations, as I’d been looking forward to trying it. Unfortunately, upon opening it, I found a hair inside the ice cream.
You work with food, and it is unacceptable for this to happen. You need to be much more careful with your hygiene protocols and how you handle products inside the kitchen. It’s a real shame, as you’ve lost a potential customer before I could even take the first bite.

It looks like bad, trash everywhere tables look oily. Then the bathroom are very disappointing I know you don’t go to the fast food places to use their restrooms but I had go in to wash my hands I came out of their wanting to throw up

The food is great, haven’t had any issues with the food itself. I have had issues with not receiving my condiments that I pay extra for and my straws. The only time I received everything with no issue was on opening day but ever since I can’t receive everything I paid for. The phone number doesnt even work for me to call them to refund me it just gives you a number to call customer service. Like no im trying to call you to specifically fix my issue because its repeat and it doesnt fail to always never put my condiments and straws. First time okay I get it youre still new but every single time after??? Come on! Youre just stealing my money at this point and making yourself unavailable to be reached unless I go in person and not everyone has the luxury to go back in person to get it fixed within the same hour you got your food from because of your job or appointments. This location isn’t half as good as the labelle location. They are really cheerful nice and always a treat to go to. Here the people aren’t as nice cheerful and feels like an inconvenience when they go to you to give you assistance for your order or to give you your food.

Visited 1/29/26, day 4 after opening. Even though I hated to see Sonnys close down I am glad they replaced it with a Culvers. The drive thru and lobby were both packed so I went inside. My service was excellent. My fries and burger were hot. Ordered extra pickles and received 0 which I ❤️ on my burger. I understand new employees along with new business so I will not hesitate to give them another try next time passing through Clewiston. All the employees were friendly and polite.
