Have been to this location several times, and service is slow. The food is hit or miss, but the custard ice cream, mixers and sundaes are good & soft. The burgers are definitely the best thing on the food menu. Had a Reuben and it was tasty and cooked just right, but the clam chowder was too thick, and seemed liked it was right out of a can.

We love this Culver’s location! (And so does the rest of FWB judging by the parking lot at any given time.) The staff is always friendly and hardworking. Food is always delicious, I looooove the chicken salad and the burgers. But our guilty pleasure is the concrete mixers with Reese’s, butterfinger, cookie dough & sprinkles! (Please please please add more options for the mixers on door dash)

I waited a total of twenty five minutes for curbside pickup for this. Now to be fair I was ten minutes early, so really I only considered them being fifteen minutes late. By the time they came out my wife’s cement mixer was pretty much entirely melted and this is how my burger looked when I got home. How is this acceptable? I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for a decade so I get how crazy it can be sometimes. But this was a conscious decision on someone’s part. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this one has me heated. I would have gone in but I was tending to my crying baby which is why I didn’t go in to pick it up in the first place. Do better Culver’s.

The worst Culver’s I have ever been to. The girls attitude at the window was terrible like she didn’t even want to be there. The milkshake was more like milk with no shake. It was dripping down the sides of the cup. The tone was dripping down the cone and the girl put it in a cup and handed it to us. I had to get napkins to clean the cup she handed me so I could bring it into the vehicle. Do not recommend this place and will never go again

My wife says her butterburger was absolutely delicious and I got the double cheeseburger it was good but it should have had more butter like they used to have and the fries were good we asked for them to be crispy and they were just so-so. Ordered 1 small concrete, 1 medium concrete, 1 medium fry, & was forgotten about in the drive thru for 23 minutes. When I went back around to see why it had taken so long they finally realized and handed me my food. They didnt even get the size right on the concrete & handed me two smalls. Will not be going back.

The food was good but this visit I really got more of the butter than the burger from my order. I got the Pub burger with everything bun, A1 mayo, and Colby Jack cheese and added bacon. The service was about average and the atmosphere was clean and well stocked. The custards however are top notch. Had the cookie and cream lovers waffle cone and lactose intolerance be danged it was delicious.

We had some missing items from our dinner order this week, Lauren & Addy went above and beyond to make sure everything was corrected as smoothly/quickly as possible. Mistakes happen, but I appreciate them owning it & making it right with great customer service skills (which seem to be lacking in general from the food service workers in our area). These girls won us over and we’ll definitely be back because of them.
