Culver’s, always a pleasure! I was psyched when I exited my hotel to see a Culver’s just across the highway! As a big fan of the “Concrete” it was my treat of choice; I chose the Heath Concrete and it didn’t disappoint!

Had a Double Bacon Butterburger Deluxe combo. Burger and fries were great. Also got a two piece chicken tenders. Did not taste like real chicken. Felt like it was breaded shaped processed chicken like mcnuggets. Go and get a burger and fries though.

Really enjoy eating at this location! Great food, much tastier and better seasoned than most Culver’s I’ve frequented in the other cites I’ve lived in.
Service is impeccable. Staff is wonderfully prompt, efficient and polite. Especially Mgr. Kirsha. She compted my wife a free basket of shrimp after a trainee frycook accidentally forgot to drop her scrumptious Fried North Atlantic Cod Sandwich. The delay was very short and I feel Kirsha handled the matter excellently.
The atmosphere is pleasant. Same as any other Culver’s. No complaints here!
All-in-all, I really like coming to this location for a quick bite at lunch or dinner with my family. Plus, the Ikea next has some great salmon. So I’m a happy clam whenever I’m over here.

Stopped in for lunch with Wife and it was great. She had fish combo and I had shrimp. Both were extremely well prepared with well put together platters with hot delicious fries also. More than either of us could eat although I did sample the fish as well and it was terrific. Dining room was accommodating, clean and they bring the food to your table after ordering. We both had tea and it was good. Especially appreciate being liberal with the condiments and using good quality disposal utensils. Keep up the great job and we will be back.

This location does appear to adhere to the signature “cooking 2 order” quantity of the Culvers brand. I had to exchange my cold fries and I wasn’t able to taste my buger after the 2nd bite… having conversation didn’t help. Noticed it wasn’t even hot enough to melt the cheese. A HUGE disappointment on the trip to JAX….. it smelled like sewage when we approached the entrance

I tried the Bacon Deluxe at Culver’s and was really impressed! The burger features a juicy, never-frozen beef patty with two thick-cut bacon strips—cooked to crispy perfection—plus Wisconsin cheese, fresh lettuce, pickles, and mayo on a buttery, toasted bun. The bacon is standout: it’s thick, smoky, and adds a delicious crunch to every bite. The whole burger is messy in the best way, with a perfect balance of meat, cheese, and veggies. It’s definitely a step above most fast food bacon burgers! Highly recommend if you’re craving something hearty and satisfying.

Hands down best burger place I’ve ever been to. This strong competition in Hawaii but everything tastes good in Hawaii. It doesn’t matter which Culvers that you go to. They are always consistent and the food is spectacular. Talk to the employees and they’re happy to work there. Remember this is not fast food, but you will get it quickly after a brief wait. Worth the wait!

I know they say they cook everything fresh but we waited about 15 to 20 minutes. My daughter we went to the counter, and our food was just sitting there. They forgot to put the toppings on the chili. I like the fact they bring the food to you but they forgot. The food had cooled a bit but it was good.
