Every Culver’s is awesome, but this one is my favorite one to go to. The food is great, the workers are enthusiastic, and the atmosphere is wonderful. This is a top-notch establishment for a fast-food restaurant, much better than most. The milkshakes (called concrete mixers) are mind-blowing and give you way more choices than most places with shakes. The burgers are far better than McYouknowwho’s or other competitors. Culver’s is an incredible franchise, and this location is clean, new, and cheerful!

I noticed some negative reviews on here and was somewhat apprehensive on our first visit to this new location. Our party of four arrived at 11:00 a.m. and were greeted immediately by a very friendly group of Culver employees. Our orders were taken promptly and cheerfully. Our wait time was very minimal and our Butterburgers and fries were served hot from the kitchen. The restaurant is new and clean with plenty of seating inside and parking outside. All in all, a delightful experience. We will be returning!

I don’t think it’s worth the price now. The food was not great. The burgers were dried out overcooked burnt very thin. I also think for the price of this drive-through burger place you can go sit down and have better quality burgers that is less the price with better quality ingredients. Service was just OK. I just think there are better quality places to eat for the price now, but I would give them a try still like Culver’s but they could improve more on the quality of the food at this location , but it definitely was not the worst.

I had the displeasure of eating at this establishment today. Our food came out with a hair on the tray. When we showed the employees they did remake the one item the hair was on. However, no further action was taken. No manager even spoke with us (if they did they did not identify themselves as such). Food was also mediocre. For 15 dollars a person I expect higher quality or at least attention to detail.

Very happy that a Culver’s location has arrived closer to my side of Greenville. Food was great and service was great, too. Very well designed drive thru, with two lanes and 8 parking spots as opposed to the one lane and 6 spots at the Laurens Road location. Great job on a successful opening. Shout out to Gunnar, the friendly man who confirmed my order at checkout.

Grand opening is always a honeymoon. Until…Well, this place is good, so far. Good burger, crispy fries, good service. But today I had a burger with a bit too much salt. I love salt, but you guys got to watch it on the burger, it was a bit too dehydrating today. Other than that, glad you guys came to the area.

I normally love culver’s. But this location does not have their shit together. I’ve came 3 times where I have waited more than 20 minutes for just a meal or my meal be completely wrong. As someone who comes on a lunch break, we do not have time to be waiting more than 20 minutes for chicken and fries.

Placed a pickup order at 7:40pm.. went inside to pick up..they said, Oh we haven’t started it yet…did not receive my order until 8:45pm … ordered two burgers and two side salads… And two drinks….a Dr Pepper and a half sweet tea…I was ready to leave so I grabbed the order and left.. one salad was nothing but lettuce. ..no attention to detail… The tea had no ice and was unsweetened
