Pay extra for a gluten free buns because I have Celiac Disease.
First order by delivery came with both buns already on the burgers when they said they would be packaged separately. Can’t eat it. No reimbursment.
Ordered today for curd side pickup and got home to eat just to take out the burger and the bun on both sides are split/cracked and not usable. Drive all the way back due to the bun? No.
Charging so much for something that is technically necessary to eat the food and not ensuring what you’re offering isn’t of high quality is such a disappointment.

Horrible experience and a horrible response to the issue when it was brought up. Ordered the frozen custard it was the consistency of sand. It was full of grit. It was so bad I felt like it might be u safe to eat. Called after I left and asked to speak to the manager. I was super kind to them and just asked questions. Person on the phone was unhelpful and made excuses. I would recommend you stay away. It was clear the location has an issue and they know it and they aren’t handling it well. They acknowledged that something is wrong with their equipment but offered no resolution or apology. “I’m surprised you received it that way, we are supposed to test it”. Placed an online order including a Walleye meal with fries and coleslaw. The fish was out of this world good, the fries hot and crispy, and the COLESLAW WAS MISSING, which we discovered after returning home with the curdside order.
Cranberry salad was crisp, cold, and delicious, and the Ruben Sandwich was unfortunately greasy, which I have come to expect and tolerate because the flavors are outstanding.
Our runner, Mason, was attentive to our needs, polite, clean, courteous, and responsive. If the Clarks could hire a hundred of him, they would be in employee heaven.

Place was busy (second time). Between placing order and receiving food (12 min)
Burgers were cold (not warm).
Fries were hot. Tables dirty. Ketchup out.

Place was clean and customer service was pretty good. They forgot to deliver fries to us and said we didn’t pay for them, but you can see it was on receipt. Other than that food was good and experience was good other than waiting for fries and keeping us from enjoying company together.

Plants Over Animals
Stopped in here to get some lunch to go, Culver’s is always busy and I’d rather wait inside the store then my car so that’s what I did. Restaurant was very clean, associates greeted as we walked in and not a long wait to order, probably a 5-7 minute wait for food so not bad.

In terms of fast food quality, Culver’s is hard to beat. Pricing is slightly higher, and wait times for orders are longer than rivals, but both sacrifices are worth it.

I recently had an experience where my order was wrong. I spoke with brittany who was very nice. The Staff was very understanding and friendly and also rectified the situation for me. This was great customer service and created a very positive experience for me.

I can not explain how nice these employees were. Like they were the sweetest people ever. This was my first time at a Culver’s and I can say I really did enjoy it. Prices were good too. My whole meal was $14 and I got a double cheeseburger, fries, and a Butterfinger concrete mixer. The medium concrete was only $0.80 more so I had to size up :). My friend got the cheese curds and yummmyyyy those were also very good. I have no complaints and I will be back!
