Came in tonight (11/20/25) specifically to try the Roasted Garlic and Bacon Pub Burger. As soon as I walked inside, I was actually exited to see it up on the menu board (see picture)… until I tried to order it. The young woman taking my order simply said “That’s not available anymore.” No I’m sorry or anything else. I even said that it’s right there on the menu, and she just shrugged her shoulders. Ended up ordering something else, but would have been nice to even get a small apology.

I will say one thing. Their food is always good. I usually always get the chicken sandwich and Oreo mixer milkshake. Their pretzels are also good. I appreciate that they bring out the food to you like Chick Fil A to keep the line going but my only issue is almost every time I come here when I’m in the area something is always missing so I have to go back inside to get my missing items. Otherwise I really like the place.

I am not big on fast food and don’t eat much of it. Culvers has a salad that is the best fast food salad I’ve ever had. Does not taste like a fast food place prepared it. It is quality salad, not just iceberg with stale carrots and cherry tomatoes. It is really good. Its my favorite thing to get onthe go.

honestly i dont do reviews, but ive been coming here religiously for the past 2 years and recently i can tell things have gone downhill. i live closer to the tanger location but i pass it to come to this one. i could tell something was wrong when i started to get low quality service, just small things things that i wasnt used to at this location. then our food started taking longer to come out when other people behind us got their LARGE orders first. that started happening almost every single time, even if we just got cheese fries & curds. we waited about 10 mins for that. then today, i get the flavor of the day because its my favorite along with our usual order. again, everyone behind us gets their food first then when ours comes out my ice cream is completely melted. i didnt even eat it, by the time we got to our destination 5 mins down the road it was soup. also flavor was devils food cake & there was NO toppings! we go here because we think Marilyn Knoxx has the best locations, they give my dog an ice cream scoop instead of whipped cream, but this one has fell off. i assume they got a new manager who doesnt know how to run the place or get ahold of these teenagers. they do have a whole new staff and i dont expect teens to be happy doing their minimum wage jobs, but i do expect the service and food to have the same quality it always had. we will be going to the N. Main st location from now on, if we even decide to go anymore.

I’m beyond disappointed I waited over 20 minutes in their curbside and this isn’t the first time either I’m done coming to this location. Took everything in me to remain polite it interfered with my plans greatly and last time as well my food was messed up this time at least that was right. Get your employees responding and doing their jobs. There was also low to no activity as I came later around 9:30. I’m done.

Very first time trying Culver’s out. I drive past it when I have to take my son to his appointment but never stopped by. It wasn’t until I was watching a show on an app and the ad for the fish sandwich came on. It caught my attention because I drive past it twice a week. So today I decided to give it a try and my word it was good. My son liked his burger and my younger son loved the chicken tenders. Everything was served freshly made. I don’t mind the wait for fresh cooked food. So glad we tried it out. The customer service was great as well. From the moment I arrived to the speaker my order was taken. Once I arrived to the window I was greeted immediately and the transaction went quick. A Team member came and informed me right away about my order and explained to me what occurred. I had no issue waiting because she was so nice about it. Then once my order came the young man greeted himself and read my irder back to me. That’s awesome customer service. Will be back to try something else on the menu.

The spicy chicken sandwich is good. I’m from Whataburger country not up north definitely would rather have Freddy’s but Culver’s we’ll do. This one has had the best cooked fries out of all the ones I’ve been to Illinois Indiana

Have ordered curbside the last 2 times. Both times I have waited 10 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready and had to go in to find a bunch of staff standing around and my order waiting there to be taken out to me. First time got a snotty attitude from the person that helped me. Second time just alot of stammering and apologizing while no one could tell me why I had to come in to get my order. Both times have brought this to management attention, have recieved contact from store leadership but just promises and no resolution. Its a shame cause the food is good but staff training and accountability is obviously lacking as well as no leadership supervision.

With fast, friendly service and a casual atmosphere, Culver’s on Ladson Road is a great place for a meal or quick snack with the family. After ordering at the counter, pick your choice of table, booth, or barstool-style seating and put your order number tag on the table (white one pictured is for a frozen custard order). Food is prepared and delivered quickly and is delicious. I love bringing my boys here after school for a snack and a relaxed place to do their homework. The food is great and the staff is courteous and professional. Definitely recommend!
UPDATE: often the best measures of a restaurant are how well they operate during a rush and how they handle mistakes. We came back for lunch today and they were slammed. Our oldest is a bit particular and doesn’t like anything other than cheese and bacon in his burger, but when we got it, there was mayonnaise. We let the staff know and they made a new one, but it had all the condiments this time. We let them know again and they made a new one perfectly and were very apologetic, even giving us a coupon for a free scoop of custard. Very impressed with their dedication to making it right!

Super busy walking kind of expected on a Sunday night. The girl was new and we were patient that took about 10-15 minutes to place my order alone. next off we waited I wanna say about 25-30 minutes for 3 meals that no one checked. We asked twice about how long it would be just got an uhhhhh…. So we continued to wait spoke with the manager and she didn’t help much our order came out and was wrong. We had the wrong order in a separate bag didn’t think they were gonna take the food back cause food and sanitation doesn’t allow you to take food back at a food place. Still would have given the food out to someone that needed it more then me… anyway we finally got the right order but won’t be back due to the lack of help up front. definitely hope they didn’t give it out to another customer tho!! I went inside the place too.
