From the moment I entered, I was warmly greeted by your team member, Alex. I was immediately impressed by how exceptionally clean and well-maintained the store was, especially considering how busy it was at the time.
I received my Fish Dinner in under five minutes, which was both efficient and greatly appreciated. While dining, Adrian stopped by to check in, and we had a brief but very pleasant conversation that truly enhanced my overall experience.

Food was good, chicken tenders are cooked a touch hard…. but not bad tasting at all. The burger tasted fresh, the vegetables where fresh. Drink variety is decent. Offerings are good. Decent variety of food. I ordered the chicken sandwich and chicken tenders. Portion size of the fries is a bit less than most places, but they are good crinkle fries. Parking lot is a bit chaotic depending on the time of day, and the location is overall on the smaller size. Staff does turn over tables quickly.

We come here frequently and love the food. The mushroom swiss burger and pretzel bites are my favorite. It’s a nice place to hang out and enjoy your food. The service is fast and the employees are kind. My only complaint is that if you order more than two ingredients in your custard they never add the extras. I have to ask them to remake it every time I go which is frustrating. Aside from that this is a good place to get some food and a sweet treat.

The food is always fresh. No matter where you go, the food is always consistent. The line is never backed up and wrap around twice, like some other restaurants 10 out of 10 for fast food!

Update: I decided to order the food to try it out and let me tell youuu. That was the best fast food burger I’ve had in a whileee. It tasted like a homemade burger, but more fancy. I also got the cheese curds, which was delicious as well! If you haven’t been here, definitely come visit

This place is so nice. The employees were super polite and very clean and presentable. The food was amazing, definitely in the higher tier category, but pricing cheaper than expected. After one visit it instantly became my favorite fast food place. I can definitely see now why it’s such a staple name up north.

Wow! We are so glad is open now!! We love this burgers! We got there around 6:30 pm the line of drive-through was very long . There were employees managing the line.We got inside pretty fast we had to park on the other side of. No problem was not hard at all. Our order was taken at 6:37 pm. We had to wait for a table. That took us a few minutes. The place was packed inside . The patio tables were empty. Our food got to us around 6:53pm. I thought that was quick enough seeing how busy it was.The girls at the register were very nice , they even complimented my outfit ❤️ I we love the food . Also every Culver’s have great costumer service which other fast food burger, places, lack of it .I think is the best fast food burgers all around. I wish in the future they open one in Fayetteville closer to us . Definitely we’ll be back.

Food was fantastic. Restaurant and bathroom was clean. Only one minor complaint was that we had to go back to the counter to get the custards that had been ordered when I ordered the food. Pretty sure the guy who took the order was new Or maybe they do it differently than back home – where the custards will appear while you’re very much still eating.

This was my first time here and the customer service was amazing (Ms. Gwen) and the food was delicious. The burgers and the musheroom & Swiss burger (will be back for another one, we’ll worth trying), the custard was good too!

Overall, not great. We waited half an hour for our food and when it arrived my burger was cold. I told someone at the counter, to which she, actually, physically touched the meat bare handed (and did not wash her hands after) and shrugged saying “I don’t know. We can’t take it back.” I asked for a new one to be made and she went to the cook saying “this lady thinks her food is cold. Can you make another?” The manager was right next to her for the whole interaction and nothing was done to make the situation right, even with an apology. I had already spoken to him, the manager, about waiting 30 minutes for our food and it still wasn’t ready. I was not thrilled, to say the least. After she asked the cook to make a new one she turned her back towards me and leaned on the counter. I waited, asking her if I should wait for my food there or go sit down, and she stayed put. I stood there for another minute or two and then she turned around and said “I guess I’ll just bring it to you.”
The line for ordering is not very smart either. There’s not a good way to differentiate between who is waiting to order or who is waiting for their food. The restaurant layout was very poorly planned for this, and for seating. I waited quite a while before anyone called me up to the counter, which was not ideal, of course. If there was a more-known line to stand in to order I would have done so, but as I said, there isn’t one. The woman who took my order, Gwen, I believe, was very friendly but not helpful with the ordering process. This was our first time at this Culvers, and the first time we’ve been to a Culvers in more than two years, so we were unsure about the menu, options from the menu, and overall how to order. As I said, pretty unhelpful, but very kind and friendly. We would’ve stayed around to get ice cream but it was such a headache with our meal that we didn’t want to bother trying for dessert.
In summary, we will not be back. Management could be much better, the workers could be better trained, and the food quality and taste could use a lot of work. The restaurant is already established, but there are ways they could fix the line issue. This was not worth almost $35 for a dinner for two.
