I cannot say enough great things about our visit to Culver’s in Salisbury, NC! From the moment we walked in, Destiny & Mallory made our experience phenomenal. They were attentive, friendly, and took care of our every need with a smile. It’s rare to find service this genuine and thoughtful, and they truly made our visit memorable.
The food was equally outstanding—perfectly cooked, hot, and absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh, and it’s clear the team takes pride in what they serve.
Highly recommend this Culver’s location, and a huge shoutout to Destiny & Mallory for making our meal exceptional!
Side Note: We’re frequently asked to complete their in-house survey, but it consistently fails, regardless of the location. This doesn’t diminish our overall experience, as we genuinely appreciate the opportunity to complete their survey if it were feasible for us. We attempted to complete the survey with an employee and it still wouldn’t work.

This is actually a review based on my mother experience. She went last week to try the fish special the was being shown on tv in commercials (the cod fish that pictured 2 pieces of fish. She asked for the fish plate like on tv. The counter person asked how many pieces and told my mother the prices for 1,2 and 3 pieces. Given my mother is on a fixed income she said 1 based on the prices. She wasn’t satisfied with the fish or the flavor of it. After she came home she told me about her experience and I checked the web menu and prices to understand what she was given. Come to find out she was NOT given the cod fish but the Walleye. She was pretty unhappy and said she would Not be going back. I don’t know if my mother was taken advantage of because she didn’t know exactly what she was wanting and changed her for the more expensive fish that she was given or what’s going on. Apparently the counter person didn’t know what was being aired on tv.

This was my first time going to Culver’s, and it is officially my favorite fast food restaurant! Culver’s is sort of a unique middle between a sit-down restaurant and a fast-food restaurant. Our order only took ten minutes, and the diner itself was very quiet, like an airplane and has the feel of a 50’s diner! The waiters and waitresses are very nice, and the facility is very clean and well-kept. The food is exquisite! I love their butter burgers the most! I could taste the butteriness of the bun, which was very unique, and the vegetables on the burger were very fresh, and the patties very hot! The fries were crunchy on the outside, and melt-in-your-mouth soft on the inside! Even the ketchup tastes natural! The custard flavor of the day was Turtle Caramel, and it was AMAZING! I was not going to order custard at first, but a very kind lady (who was a loyal customer) gave me a “get-a-free custard-in-a-cone” coupon from a kids meal! The custard is very soft, and I believe everything here is worth the money! But there can be wait times, especially on weekends! Culver’s is definitely worth a stop!

This was my first time there along with my family and we were overwhelmed with the extensive menu they had. The Garlic Pub Burger was so delicious. We all love the place. Thank you for making the first visit one to remember. The place seems to be very popular and I can see why now. As I said before, the food was totally delicious and the decor was very rustic with stone and wood appropriately used throughout the restaurant.

We love going to Culver’s. We eat there at least once every time we are here. Great burgers and great custard. Even when there is a line it’s fast and so worth it. Really good food and great prices. There is usually 6 of us but great seating is always available. I definitely recommend trying it out.

Food was hot and fresh, was surprised by the really long wait however since there was no one else in line.
For the price, they shouldn’t be so skimpy with condiments. A little more ketchup & mustard isn’t going to bankrupt you.

It is very odd and unusual that a burger from any Culver’s tastes bad but today we unfortunately had to deal with this unpleasantry… The meat tasted as if it was soaked in water overnight and had no flavor… Everything else was perfect as it should be. The fries, onion rings, and cheese curds were delicious. The service was outstanding! I usually give Culver’s an all around five-star rating but not this time!

I just wanted to say thank you to whoever wrote on my drink last night 1/2/2025 because I thought it was so nice of them to write it to distinguish that it was zero from the other drinks because I am diabetic and can’t always have sugary drinks and it just made me feel seen and cared about as a customer. Thank you so much, and this location in general always has awesome food and great service so defintiely why I will continue to patron them. 🙂

Clean space, fast and friendly service. Fairly wide variety of food, mostly fried. The Reuben was very good, as were the onion rings. This Culver’s had a nice outdoor eating space that I would have used had it not been so hot when we visited.
