This place makes great coffee and sells delicious cookies that are baked every day fresh there. (I loved my chocolate chip cookie) Playground is on the premises. It’s located near walking trails, so can combine the visit with a nice walk along the creek. Will definitely visit again!

I have been coming to this place several times and always trying to visit whilst I am in town and I am coming from overseas.
This time was very disappointing.. the lady barista, seems not happy to serve customer today. She is not friendly at all, actually i was here yesterday and she was OK.
I was asking her to steam the milk on our latte, smoother and silkier. In the past , we found out that she always steamed it too watery.
She wasn’t looks so excited and came up with a very poor latte, 2 of those. Bubbly, watery. It just clearly shown it doesn’t being done properly.
Defo, she needs more basic barista skill training. I found out the problem when she was doing her milk steaming, she didn’t flush the water from steam wand properly.. in slower traffic coffee shop, the steam wand tends to build more water due to water condensation hence a longer flushing may be needed.
This will cause the milk came out poor.
And yes, I am talking in the capacity as trained barista and know how to works La Marzocco machine around.

They have literally one of the best coffee I have had around greater Seattle. The London fog is super yummy too on days I don’t want too much caffeine. Nice pastry selections too. The baristas are so friendly and caring. You can also order from them using the Joe app which is super convenient. It was a bit hard to find their entrance the first time for me, but you just go in the parking lot and it’s on the side of the building. I appreciate so much that this amazing coffee shop is available to me deep in the neighborhoods.

Not really a coffee house guy, but this place serves some of the best coffee I’ve had. Beverages and pastries are always fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Easy 5 stars.
