Despite having a reservation, we waited about 15 minutes to be seated. Service felt disorganized, and food took very long time to arrive. Meatball starter was okay but average. My ragù bolognese pappardelle came cold and lacked flavor. My wife’s gnocchi was pretty good though.

The highlight for me was the semifreddo dessert…absolutely amazing and easily the best part of the night.

Overall, disappointing first experience.

I left hungry even after having the calamari appetizer and the rather small dish of gnocchi tartufo. The calamari was not very hot, not as crispy as expected. I ate it anyway because I had a busy day and was hungry. When almost done, I noticed the bed of arugula it was on. Very Disappointed at the state of the arugula, at home it would have ended up in the compost bin, not on a plate. I mentioned it to the server, she was going to tell the kitchen. Didn’t hear any more about it. My husband’s dinner was hot when it came out. My gnocchi was warm, barely anything in the bowl. Definitely not an amazing taste to it per other reviews. I didn’t say anything about it because I had already commented about the arugula. I usually have leftovers when out to dinner, this is the first time I left hungry and so did my husband. Definitely NOT WORTH the price we paid for the 1 appetizer, 2 dinners and a glass of wine. The young lady serving us was nice.
We arrived at 18:30, for a Saturday night it was maybe half full. Will not go again or recommend.

The only time we eat at an Italian restaurant, is at Culaccino’s. We’ve been multiple times this year with friends and family on different occasions and never been disappointed. Pizza, pasta, chicken, fish, you name it – we’ve had it and it’s all been delicious. Love the atmosphere, and everyone has always been extremely friendly and accommodating. Certainly will be returning again!

Went there as part of the Taste Of Burlington.
Myself and 2 friends. Started at the bar and had an amaretto sour as recommended by Eddie our bartender. Yummy!

Fabulous service atmosphere and food.
It felt alive in there and everyone seemed happy.
Will definitely be back!

Thank you to our server Brooke .
Such a sweetheart and very attentive.
Best cappuccino too.

Our company Christmas party held was held at Culaccino and it was most enjoyable. We reserved the entire restaurant for a party of 60+ and the space was just right. Our package included a selection of hors d’oeuvre including a charcuterie tray, sausage sliders and chicken bites. I especially enjoyed the lightly breaded shrimp, calamari and fish platter. Dinner was a choice of Chicken Supreme and Braised Beef and a Portobello Mushroom dish for a vegetarian option. I opted for the Braised Beef which was cooked to the perfect tenderness and accompanied by some roasted potatoes and veggies. Service was great! Jenny took care of our table. She was quick, efficient and personable. Eddie behind the bar worked his magic and made sure everyone’s drinks were poured and even anticipated repeat orders.

A nice night all around. Hoping to visit the restaurant again in a normal setting in the new year!

Culaccino Bar & Kitchen boasts a great atmosphere and vibrant vibe, making it an enjoyable spot for a night out. The food is delicious, and every dish we tried was a delight. The staff is friendly and attentive, contributing to the overall positive experience.

The drink selection is impressive, offering a variety of options that complement the menu beautifully. I would definitely come back, although it is on the pricier side. Overall, Culaccino Bar & Kitchen is a fantastic place to unwind and indulge in great food and drinks!

Reservation process – easy online, we did however have to enter a credit card number to ensure we showed up and were advised $35 would be charged if late/no show.

Upon entering restaurant it smelled bad – our guess was the fried brussel sprouts on menu that we later also got.

Restaurant is terribly loud, the space is round with tall vaulted ceilings and it’s not by any means a quite, serene place to visit if that’s what you’re looking for.

Our party of 4 were seated in a large table in a quieter area however due to the fact that it was a large table we were moved to main (louder area)

Drinks – lots of beer choices, our party tried about 5 or 6 as well as limoncello spritz all were good.

Appetizers- fried brussel sprouts, which were great. Calamari was fresh and decent size but had no flavour, no salt and the aioli that came with it was also disappointing. Margarita pizza was good, great crust, served hot.

Mains – I want to note that it took over 30 min to get our main meals. 2 of us ordered the pomodoro gnocchi, which was absolutely delicious however very small portion. Orecchiete with rapini and sausage which was pretty spicy and the rapini was scarce. We also ordered short beef rib served over polenta, tender, flavourful, rich and the polenta was creamy and well flavoured.

We finished off the meal with a panzanella salad which was beautiful however sadly bland.

Tiramisu dessert was great, tasteful, creamy and just enough sweetness. Everything you’d want from this classic.

Overall – this restaurant uses fresh, wholesome ingredients, we found the flavour was lacking, specifically maybe a good finishing salt?

Service, it was fine, she checked in on us, made sure we had everything, however also a little bland.

Lastly we told the young man who seated us that we were celebrating a birthday but nothing was ever acknowledged about this.

I think we are being generous with 3/5 stars. We will not visit this restaurant again.

If you are visiting, you HAVE to try their gnocchi. The truffle cream sauce is absolutely heavenly!!

The cauliflower was very flavorful but it was bit too oily and heavy for our taste. The fried chicken platter was so crispy and juicy! Both came in a generous serving size.

Service was amazing, great atmosphere and they have an extensive beer list. All in all we had a great dining experience would love to come again!

It’s so great when you stumble upon a place that has great tasting food and an atmosphere to match!

Steak with rapini was juicy and well seasoned and the carbonara was so creamy. The tiramisu topped it off as a perfect dessert to share
