I want to provide some additional comments about my review below which I plan to soon delete.
I received a message from Pedro…one of the owners who took the time to reach out to me. He reviewed everything at the restaurant and determined what and why the incident occurred.
I won’t go into the details of what he did for us to make our experience better but, suffice it to say he went to extraordinary means to keep us as customers. We will be customers going forward long into the future. How an organization handles problems and communicates with customers is a true leadership skill. Cucina’s owners are clearly committed to doing that. If any customers have an issue give them a chance to respond. They clearly know how.
Have been customers here for several years and we had a really unacceptable experience last night.
Our friends ordered and paid for dinner for us. They called our order in earlier in the day, paid for it and I went to pick it up. When I arrived they told me no order was ever made. After a longer search they told me they “found” the order but…food not cooked yet. I waited around for 20+ minutes or so while they quickly made it.
When I got home, my chicken was so overcooked that it was inedible. Literally tasted like shoe leather. They also forgot to include my wife’s dinner salad. It was just a really frustrating experience.
I will say that the gentleman at the counter was trying to be as helpful as he could. Explained the first shift never told the next shift about the order and he did put a rush on our order. But then…the order was wrong and my dinner horrible. If you call in an order for pick up get the name of the person you speak with!

Came here after playing golf and staying at the PGA resort for a week and a half with my husband. We finally wanted to go somewhere a little bit more casual after visiting all the big hot spots. This place is definitely on our list of must try. We will be coming back. The service was immaculate. We got our food quickly. We got a salad and a three topping thin crust pizza. Everything was wonderful. Diego was our server. He was great and very professional and very respectful.

Don’t miss Cucina‘s delicious Italian foods for lunch and dinner. Very reasonably priced at fresh and delicious salads, pizzas and pastas that you can’t beat!!! Back again!!! A small pizza is huge!! Not a great experience here Wednesday night. The food was bland and tasteless. Arancini came out frozen in the middle, they did replace it and remove from the bill which was nice. However, even when they were hot, they were mostly “filler”. Pizza was undercooked on the bottom and just not well made. Chicken Marsala just very bland. Penne ala vodka was good.

Simply savory. We came here because we looked through the review, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that everything was good. We had the Fried Zucchini and the Calamari as appetizers. Delicate yet delicious flavors the chef allows the fresh ingredients of the dish speak though without heavy dashes of seasonings or spices. This place is definitely worth the money with great service.
Pro Tip: Make sure to inquire as to what are the daily specials find some palate pleasers of menu.

We have eaten here at least five times before and each time was great. Tonight seemed as if the bus boy was cooking. The Barada and salad we had to send back and they took off the bill, which was very nice. It was horrible! The meatballs were OK at best. And the calamari was horrible. After appetizers, we were all scared to order food because of how terrible it was. I ventured out and ordered linguine Vogle or linguine white clam sauce and the clams were nice but it was in butter and nothing else. Horrible! Luckily, we had a cheese pie to fall back on, which was very good. Service was very good. I don’t know what happened, but I just thought you might like to know so you can make changes accordingly. Good luck in the future.

Beautiful and clean.
Meatballs were undercooked, served in fridge cold salsa.
Calzone and Stromboli were warm but not hot, salsa for those were served on a warm plate but the salsa was fridge cold.
Flavor left you wanting for flavor.
Place is nice but I wasn’t satisfied with the food taste or temperature. Very disappointed.
