Best burger joint in the area!

Probably best prices too….very cheap compared to other local spots and way better!

Excellent burgers, perfectly cooked fries, and other sides and ice cream too.

Owner is awesome; friendly and accommodating.

They even have Tetris tater tots so you can play with your food!

Truly one of the best burgers I have ever had. The owner was working the counter when I was there and he has great customer service!! Was more than happy to explain the menu to us and give recommendations. Really reasonably priced for the city! The milkshake is the perfect way to end your meal!! Cannot recommend enough.

Being a hamburger connoisseur when I was strolling around the neighborhood and saw their community combo of a burger and fries for only $11 I had to partake in it and was not disappointed

Being hungry and today, Friday the 13th being my cheat day, I added another patty and some bacon and a s’mores milkshake and was not disappointed. The food was delicious on a hearty brioche or a pretzel bun. I should have a difference, but I was so hungry I couldn’t even really recall.

Service was excellent. The woman at the counter was very attentive and answered my questions.

The atmosphere and environment is very nice. They have to throwback stools, and I saw a various puzzles and games which I believe you could potentially partake in. I enjoyed the decor very much so

And they’re closing hours are perfect if ever I want to grab up after work bacon cheeseburger

I’m a happy repeat customer. My friend and I first came here for the Community Meal (which is delicious by the way!) The burgers and fries taste divine and we keep coming back due to the combination of the amazing food, the delightful service and the location (it’s conveniently close to Broadway theaters.) 10/10. Truly a gem! Don’t forget to get your card stamped each visit!

Came from a post I saw on reddit. The atmosphere is amazing, and the food is even better. Ordered chili fries, onion rings, the sylvester burger, and the cub pub with my boyfriend and we ate everything before i even remembered to take a picture. Service was great, and this is an underrated spot that I’ll definitely be visiting again!

This was a nice little cozy spot which wasn’t busy when we went on a Monday evening. The burgers have really good taste and the roll was good but the only downside is they are very small. Unfortunately I was still hungry afterwards. Fries were shared so that’s not a full serving in my picture.

Absolutely not!!! The burger was shockingly small and paper-thin. The portions across the board were tiny and nowhere near worth the price. I paid over 30 bucks for a flimsy burger, small fries, a few onion rings, and a Coke, and they couldn’t even include condiments or a napkin, even after I asked. I feel completely ripped off and will never order from here again. This is a one-and-done situation. If you’re charging 30 for a burger and fries, it should be outstanding — not a total disappointment.

Great spot! We tried Cubby’s on our first night in NYC and it instantly became one of our favorites. The burgers are top-quality — juicy and full of flavor — and the fries have an illegal level of crunch.

The staff is friendly and speaks multiple languages, which makes everything even easier. We liked it so much that we came back several times in the same week.

It’s a small place, but the menu has great burgers, interesting combos, and even a good ice cream.
A must-visit for anyone coming to NYC. Highly recommended!

This place is very cute and tucked away, I’m guessing that’s where they get the name. Countertop seats with old table games feels very cozy. Friendly staff. Food was very very good. Everything felt light and airy but also full of flavor in every bite; the burgers are cooked to perfection and I found the topping ratio was superb. The veggie burger was delicious. The fries complemented the meal perfectly, and they have good choices for sodas as well. The price point is ideal- $20 for a burger, fries, and soda. Just make sure you **PAY CASH** to avoid the CC fee. Highly recommend. Might as well get it for dine in, sit down and relax a little while you’re at it.

Burger was great and filling, onion rings were crispy/crunchy and good with some ketchup. Place felt welcoming and was nice and clean. Plenty of counter space and small tabletop games available to play with if you want. Stopped by around noon on a Sunday and it was surprisingly empty.
