Was passing through Cuba New Mexico after reading the reviews I decided to stop and I wasn’t disappointed they live up to their reviews greedy with friendliness.
They were through serving breakfast but hey made an exception, I had pancakes ham and eggs with dice poptatos, I wanted my pancakes a little lighter, It wasn’t a problem they recook then for me, they were perfect. So this place have my vote, I will be stopping again
