Not good at all. Got a junior whopper and was shocked by this wicked smell. Everything looked horrible and smelled horrendous. Then I also got a 4 count mozzarella fries and was absolutely disgusted. Instead of the melted, cheesey, and soft fries..I got hard, bendable, and YELLOWISH BROWN mozzarella fries. Never coming back again.

Yesterday 07/30/2025 I ordered a Double Wopper through DoorDash when I was ready to eat it I realized that the bread was bad. Be careful, check your orders. These people don’t mind giving bad food. They only care about selling. They should be ashamed.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order on door dash and only got half of what I ordered, the one whopper I received wasn’t even cooked all the way and was raw in some spots, the fries were disgusting and ice cold, the onion rings were soggy and cold, the nuggets are over done. My father took a bite out of the burger and spit it out because it was raw. Stay away from this specific Burger King. The one in ashburn near Texas Roadhouse is 100% better.

This place in my opinion has gone down hill, went here to just grab a bite to eat plus haven’t been to a burger king in a long time and was craving it. Man I wished I didn’t waste my money fries were nice and hot that’s the only good thing. I went to get some soda and the it stopped before my cup was even half way it had ran out of that flavor so I went and got another flavor by the time a went to refill my cup that flavor was empty as well, they only had about 3 different flavors to choose from. The burger was cold not put together correctly I don’t know if I’ll be visiting this location again.

A horrible location. The food was ice cold and when we asked for hot food it was reheated in a microwave. The staff was beyond extremely rude with the so called manager cursing at my mother. We will never return to this location and I suggest others avoid it as well. Absolutely abysmal. Corporate needs to investigate this location immediately.

Terrible terrible service. Their drive thru was not working so I pulled to the window where I was yelled at and told “we knew you were out there, we are busy we get busy sometimes you won’t get what you want fast!!!” And boy was he right the food was somehow both cold and burnt! I wanted to get a rodeo cheese burger. I am not sure what he gave me but wow… I have come to expect much better.

Ordered Whopper Jr. Meal and Whopper meal. No one in line. Been here for 20 mins.and just got food. Fries are dark brown, room temp, and taste like stale oil. Burgers also room temp. Got lots of apologies but no explanation. Also, all tables were dirty and sticky. Luckily I had wipes.
