This place used to be a wonderful spot under its previous ownership. Now that it’s Amish owned the quality has taken a nose dive in literally all ways. The coffees are all either sickeningly sweet or tasteless and bland. The food has taken the worst plummet though, it’s tasteless and most likely very little of the ingredients are made in house. The previous ownership was this wonderful little family, their menu was unique and creative, the chef was incredible, and the service was fast. Now I wouldn’t go here if it were the last place left in Middlefield. The service is slow and awkward, the food is bland if not entirely gross, and the drinks are made with zero skill or quality ingredients as they once were.

Such a cute cafe! The girls that work there are very sweet, and the drinks are great, and they’re open early enough to get a coffee and/or breakfast before work. Definitely try their soups for lunch!
