Crystal’s Creamery is absolutely amazing! I went this past weekend and tried the banana split and OMG…. the ice cream is rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. It was huge with enough to share. The price was cheaper than any other place I’ve gone to. They have a variety of things on the menu and that was impressive. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. This is definitely my go-to spot for a sweet treat. Highly recommend!

Decided to visit today and got a vanilla shake (oreo) and a funnel cake which I asked for my ice cream on the side and didnt get it, because I wasnt heard. I got cheesecake toppings which is strawberries and cheesecake bites, only.
The shake was rated 5-10
Funnel cake idk because my ice cream was missing 5-10, without the toppings 4-10.
The receipt I had to ask for didn’t have the company’s name nor the price in which I paid and nor did it have what I paid for each item. Just what I ordered only.
If I return I will only try there ice cream and they dont sale hot food anymore, I could not order that.

I always use the drive thru to get my orders. The soft serve and regular ice cream is delicious. The concrete shakes, waffle cones, and sundaes are so solid they don’t melt right away and the ice cream is thick, creamy and delicious. There are so many flavors, dishes, and toppings to choose from. Similar to Dairy Queen but better.

I don’t think the inside is open. That’s okay, I know we’ve had the pandemic or whatever. What confuses me is that the hours are NEVER consistent. I never know if this place is open or not, which makes me sad because their ice cream is great. The food is pretty good too. I also don’t like how they charge you for using your debit card under the guise of a “service fee”. They should just add that to the cost upfront so people aren’t surprised when they go to pay. It gives unprofessional.

It’s good ice cream. There was no frostbite. So it gets three stars for that. But it loses two stars for the employees. I ordered a concrete with Oreos salted caramel and hot fudge. Now there is another ice cream place that I go to and when they make mine I can taste every single flavor that’s put in there even though it’s blended. This particular place the ice cream is blended I didn’t taste The salted caramel I didn’t taste the hot fudge all I tasted was oreos. I told them that they were missing the items, it’s an honest mistake it happens. But I was told by the manager that it was blended into there and once it’s blended you probably can’t taste it. And then for future reference all I need to do is ask for extra caramel on top. They did remake my order. However they still didn’t give me my fudge they did give me the caramel. I will say that I saw them squirt the caramel out of a bottle. And tasting the caramel it definitely did not taste like salted caramel it tasted like regular caramel. I took a scoop of ice cream from the bottom of the cup and I didn’t taste any carmel naturally since they put it on top. I took a scoop of ice cream from the top of the cup with caramel stirred it and you can taste the caramel with the Oreo ice cream. Now if I’m able to taste it when I mixed it I should have been able to taste it while it was blended as they said they did. The reason I know this is because there’s another ice cream shop where even though they blended you can still taste all the different flavors. Instead of them admitting to their mistake they tried to brush it off and then underhandedly tried to blame me as if I just wanted extra sauce. For that they lost two stars.

This establishment has truly stolen my heart. The menu is full of great nostalgic ice cream (black walnut) for me. Each time I come the service is superb, I’m greeted with a warm smile and great service. I have told my neighbors and family!
