Really nice people making some really good Mexican food. I had the taco lunch special. The tacos were crispy with great flavor. I’m not a huge fan of refried beans so I always double rice. I’m really happy I did. I mixed up the rice and everything that fell out of the tacos together for a tasty mash up. The rice is very good. They have really really good tamales too!

So, I was heading to El Buen Gusto restaurant to get some papusas but they were closed. I was hungry and I drove all the way from the NW side so I decided to sit and eat here. The menu had so many items I didn’t really know where to look but being that I had my mind set in getting papusas, I decided to get fish tacos, something I know. The food was at best, “good” in my opinion. This could be because I didn’t really expect to eat there. Nonetheless, my waitress was super nice and attentive. My food was hot, I loved the atmosphere. The Mexican culture within the building is a really good touch.

The staff/ waiter was great. My hubby enjoyed his chicken and shrimp meal. The pico de Gallo wasn’t spicy enough for me. My meal was ok. The chips were thin, but surprisingly strong. The salsa and queso were good

This has been a favorite place for us for many years. True Tex-Mex, always fresh, family owned and operated. Every time we dine here is delicious. This day we had fajitas, carne asada, grilled tomatoes and all the fixings! Highly Recommend and always great!

First time coming here. The habanero salsa was really good. I ordered the fajitas and it was very flavorful, moist, and tender. The Pico seemed like it was pickled and was a pleasant surprise. Everything was really good.

This is our go-to Mexican restaurant. The fajitas are outstanding and they have lots of authentic choices. Great service, too.

A nice inexpensive place for lunch. The waiter was very nice and attentive. The cheese dip and pico are well with the trip. If you’re in the area consider making a stop by to check therm out I think you’ll enjoy it.

The cheese sauce and salsa were very watered down with almost no flavor, rice was under cooked, tortilla on the enchiladas was under cooked, the chicken was rubbery and weird, and it smelled of sewer heavy at the front door and slightly through the rest of the restaurant. Close to finishing my plate, I found a bug in my rice. This place used to be a huge favorite of mine since a kid. But I won’t be back after this.

I enjoyed the fish tacos and the price was very reasonable. Inside the restaurant looked very clean, the person that took my order was nice and sociable. I look forward to visiting this place again, the next time I’m in town.

The was great!! Really big portions, and the service was really friendly. I will say the margarita was ok, but not a deal breaker for wanting to go again!
