Food was terrible. I asked for fresh chicken wings and fried soft. I got old chicken wings that seemed to be refried and were very hard and chewy. I would never recommend this establishment to anybody. Very disappointing.

I’m from Detroit visiting family and we decided to get a quick takeout meal. We ordered fried pork chop dinner, catfish sandwich and a 2pc catfish.
I don’t know how it’s done in Chicago but catfish sandwich comes with 1or 2 pc filet on a pc of bread with fries. Not a piece of squared fish looking like it came from McDonalds.
The fried pork chops came smothered even tho we ask for fried. We were told we had to request no gravy.
The 2pc catfish was not seasoned but ok
Management was not accommodating at all.
Please ask questions and be specific when ordering if it’s your first time.
The food is nothing to shout about and I will not be visiting this establishment again .

I was fascinated I got a veggie fajita which wasn’t on their menu so that show you already how much great customer service they have. My box was loaded with veggies I was excited to see that and not only did I have a lot it was so much flavor on my vegetables. Most places I’ve been to only give you beans and rice with your veggie options and that’s not fair because you already get beans and rice on the side so I was excited to see th8e actual vegetables with my fajita.

You do not want to go here!!! I put in my order twice. Neither time did they get my order right. The second time I asked for a refund the guy behind the counter threatened to come from behind the counter and jump me. I did not move and the police showed up. I simply just left and got a refund from the bank.

My husband and I went here today. We did a calling order. My husband went in to get the order, when he came back to the car I checked it. Our order was wrong. My husband took the food back in. The man did not want to fix or give a refund. He actually said that he had given seven refunds already today. He then got aggressive with my husband, saying that he would come out and move him from the window. He also called the police all over some chicken. We will never go here again.

I’m giving 2 stars because for the most part my food has been hot and fresh. However, imposing fees/surcharges on customers to use their debit or credit card is unacceptable. I will no longer patronize this restaurant because of that. Also, during my last visit I asked to have mild sauce on the side and they drenched my food in mild sauce. It was a waste of $8 because I didn’t eat it and couldn’t return it because I had returned to work.

Wasn’t a big fan of the catfish but I am definitely trying the perch next time. I Also tried the rib tips and it was loaded like crazy with sauce 7 out of 10 on the ribs . I tried the wings and they were on point the fries are good too . I will recommend this place but call in advance if you want anything with fish . Overall everything was fresh and I will be back to try the Mexican food they have to offer .
