Just 5 miles east of our dairy farm in the community of Asbury where our dairy farming roots began, we have a Pizza Barn where we make pizza with homemade dough and fresh ingredients. First time in Knoxville for New Year’s and this spot was a perfect welcome for our visit. The pizza was outstanding. Fresh ingredients, great balance of sauce and cheese, and a crust that was flavorful without being heavy.
The vibe was relaxed and inviting, service was friendly and efficient, and it felt like a true local favorite rather than a tourist stop. Exactly what you hope to find when visiting a new place.

We visited one night whilst the movie drive in was on. We ordered the garlic bread and a pizza to share. The garlic bread, you can skip, it didn’t have much garlic but the dough and dipping sauce was great.
It was quite a wait for a pizza and after some time a server came to explain that our pizza had a hole and they were remaking it!!! We appreciated that they informed us, instead of making us wait and wonder what happened.
Once the pizza arrived, it did not disappoint! The dough was perfect and the toppings were fresh. The cherry baby supreme was the winner! It was great pizza and we will be back!

This is a sweet little pizzeria that anyone who comes to visit Knoxville must try. We were turned toward the direction of this pizza joint by Kelsey, an employee at the cruise farm ice cream parlor in downtown Knoxville and I’m glad she told us about it.
Food: we ordered the dumb blonde with chicken on half. Skyler, the cashier recommended putting a hot honey drizzle on the pie as she believes that’s the best way to eat their white pizzas. She was so right! The dough is flavorful, light and fluffy. While the cheese is stringy and very tasty.
Service: The servers were very kind and all of their uniforms looked sharp!
Atmosphere: The ambience here is very warm and welcoming. There are pictures of the owners and their families. Additionally, the staff is knowledgeable about Jersey cows and how their milk is superior to other types of milk cows.
Being from Jersey, pizza is a big deal and the quality of the milk that goes into their cheese is truly superb. You won’t have to try any other pizzeria if you eat here first.

Got a personal pizza and it was one of the best pizzas I’ve had. Cooked perfectly, crispy with no flop without being charred on the bottom. Staff was very nice and price was perfectly reasonable for what you’re getting. Will be back if I’m ever in the area again.

Cruz Pizza Barn has gone downhill over the last year. They are putting less sauce and ingredients on their pizzas. I ordered a pizza not cheese bread. Very disappointing from a place we used to frequent often.
After I wrote this review, a manager from Cruz responded promptly, and seemed to genuinely care. In today’s world, customer service is not valued as it once was. I can definitely say that it is still fantastic at Cruz.

We heard great things about this place so had to check it out. The atmosphere is cute. Service was good. The pizza was ok, not great. We got the cheri baby( supreme ). There wasn’t anything really wrong with it. We just were not blown away.

Finally made it here– it’s in an odd, out of the way location, but if you can get there it’s well worth the trip! Probably my favorite pizza in town after A Dopo, and ice cream right next door. Service was great. And apparently they have drive in movies in the parking lot every Friday evening! I’ll definitely be back…

Marley was super sweet and very helpful since it was our first time here in Knox. We ordered 1 pizza with same sauce and tried two different pizzas. Let me tell you as a foodie, these pizzas in every bite you got every flavor. My mouth is watering as I’m writing this. The homemade ranch was very tasty and the service was top notch. I would recommend this small business and the ice cream shop to anyone. Glad we found you guys, glad we tried it and now I’m craving pizza again, thank you Marley and staff.
