WORTH THE DRIVE! I was a bit cautious but.. This place is legit! Good salad, very cheesy Mac & Cheese, great pizza with a soft crust that is not soggy or wimpy, great bread sticks with herbs and a savory tomato sauce. Furthermore I tried another Pizza Crust Co in Houston and they were NOT so Legit!

I have tried this place twice in as many weeks. First time was disappointed for two reasons. 1 there was a small line (3 families) one was being helped in the regular line then an employee came and pulled the family behind us to help on the to go line… not cool. 2. We ordered 2 pizzas that we both decent. My problem was with the garlic cheese bread that was lacking both garlic and cheese. Was reimbursed for the garlic bread. Not mad at ya.

The food here was good. The pepperoni rolls were amazing !! My biggest complaint was how long it took to get our food, almost 30 mins ! And no, they were not busy ! Also, when asked what dipping sauce we wanted for the pepperoni rolls we chose jalapeno ranch but received marinara. We let the waitress know only to find out that that location doesn’t actually have that yet.

I like the pizza. I even shook hands with either the owner or manager on my first visit. My kids and wife like the food most of the time. My last visit will be my very last visit. They weren’t that busy. Lots of folks available. I wanted green peppers on my pizza. They said they only offer mixed red/yellow/green and can’t just do green. I asked if the vegetables were fresh—cut there or a mix that came premade. They assured me that they cut the peppers as needed all day every day and they are always fresh. I asked if I could possibly pay more to have just green peppers. The manager said she would have to ask her GM as this was a request that was not a normal or ordinary one. I thanked her and left. They have fresh green peppers but won’t put them on a pizza unless the customer also gets red and yellow peppers—neither of which I eat or enjoy. If they had said, “we are busy and prep in advance” or “they aren’t fresh and premixed” I would have understood. But they were not busy and they had the peppers. They choose not to make their pizzas that way. I respect that too. I choose where I am a patron and spend my money and I choose not to spend it at any restaurant that has what I am craving and has plenty of time but refuses to provide it because it’s not how they want to cook what I am ordering and paying for. As good as their food may be that turned me off and so I will not be back.

Unimpressed & won’t be back. It took a solid 40 minutes to get our pizza, and it really wasn’t good. It wasn’t the worst, but I expected a LOT better for the price. Honestly, everyone at our table agreed that the Hunt Bros. pizza at the gas station down the street has better pizza for half the price. On the bright side, the girl at the cash register was friendly.

I love the go here for the delicious pizza and IPA after a long day. This time there were no clean booths. After asking for a towel to clean off the table, the manager was busy hooking with a friend. I found a towel and cleaner on a table and cleaned the table. The manage,Millie, proceeded to chew my tail and y’all me they have people to do that. I expected an apology for the filthy store and tables. Therefor I will be going back to MOD pizza who always has great service no matter which store you go to.
