Absolutely disappointing and waste of time and money. Crispy???? How about chewy. I ordered and it took nearly an hour for 10 wings and they were not busy. Went to the counter and I kept getting told 3 min to find out the order was done sitting on the counter. They were terribly cook and at room temperature. if you like chewing on chicken fat then this is your place.
The young lady at the counter did try to make it right, so that’s a plus, but unfortunately the quality of food was too poor to give them the benefit of doubt.

The food was fresh, tasty, and exactly what I ordered! The grilled chicken was well-seasoned and tender, and everything in the meal looked clean and nicely prepared. I appreciate that they didn’t mess up anything in my order, everything came just right. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good, no-stress meal!

I wasn’t expecting much when I walked into Crunch Munch, just wanted something quick and filling. But honestly? It kind of blew me away.
The wings were actually really good,hot, crispy, and flavorful. Fries were fresh too, not those sad, soggy ones you sometimes get. The whole meal felt satisfying without being too heavy.
Service was fast got my order in under 8 minutes and the staff were chill and friendly. Even though it was a bit busy, everything was moving smoothly.
Prices are super reasonable, I got a full meal for around 10$, and it actually felt like I got my money’s worth.

This place isn’t bad but not all that great neither. The service was great, the cashier was sweet and patient with answering all questions that I had. But the chicken was ehh, not terrible…edible of course. They charge for sauce, my biggest pet peeve when the price is a little more than market value/price. The bottle soda was $3.99 and it was FLAT. The cashier was sweet enough to let us know ALL orders are TO GO but gave us the okay to sit and eat. The tables were dirty (only 2 tables inside) we walked and ate our chicken wings. Hope this helps

Stay away from this place ordered 3 Philly cheese steaks and chicken wings. Sandwiches where horrible barely any meat and part of the name of the sandwich has cheese which there was none except a little on half and I mean only half of one sandwich, and the bread was hard, fries soggy, chicken wings i can’t even describe them to you they are that bad. Just save your money and walk a block down the street to somewhere better. Oh and the roof was dripping water where we were sitting.

This was horrible I’d give it 0 stars if I could the grease was burnt and old made the food taste disgusting. The “chicken” was horrible to the fries where cheap fries you can buy anywhere and the soda was flat to top it off. The workers looked lost the woman attending was nice but the cooks were not hygienic. SUCH a waste of $20! DO NOT BUY HERE!!
