We had a great time at Crudos. The restaurant is small but every inch has been decorated beautifully. The service was personalized. The food was delicious, the House on Fire roll still has us dreaming about coming back. They recently added valet, which is a great plus. I definitely recommend this place

Highly recommend the sashimis, truffle fries, pork belly, and their milky pink drink (blanking out on the name but well worth it)!!

This place is superb. The food was unexpectedly marvelous. This place really is a piece of art. The best upscale version of a hole in the wall right in the heart of Coral Gables. Menus were so simple yet intricate….I just fell in love. Of all the restaurants that have been at this location, so far Crudos is my favorite. Great vibes. Valentina’s service was indulging. The food was good yet over priced. The service needs a lot of improvement and the waiters need to be trained on how to better sell the menu. The manager definitely needs more experience… he received our negative feedback on the desserts and his response was to look for him next time and he will provide a discount. They provided shots as a way to apologize for an error but without asking if we like tequila or not (we do not like tequila so it didnt help). A lot of room for improvement ..

Where do I even begin. I tried calling a few days prior, and tried to reach them SEVERAL times to ask a few questions on my reservation, and they just never ever picked up. Today 12/11/22 we wait about 20 minutes just to get seated. We wait another 30 just to even be noticed by the waitress, who was very rude to our party of 10. As we were finishing our food we decided to order a dessert, I had asked the waitress if she could add something cute or fun to the plate since we were celebrating my graduation. She never put it. We all then wanted to get the checks, but beware that ONLY ONE check could be issued for a whole group meaning you and your party have to do the individual math, what kind of place would allow this? Apart from that she tried charging us for 6 things that some people from our group never received that they had ordered (a total difference of $150!). She was so confused and kept messing up our order, started giving us attitude for her mistakes, we had to cancel lots of drinks because they just never arrived, you guys just be making the customers all frustrated by the lack of customer service, this place needs major improvement. Don’t even know how such place could be running with only 2 waiters. Horrible horrible horrible in all ways, overpriced food for bad service totally not worth going, you’re better off dining at Sushi Sake. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Was given the wrong dish, brought it up, they told us they were out of the one we ordered and charged us for the wrong dish. That doesn’t even really bother me but all three appetizers were poor quality. Visited with another executive chef in the area and we were laughing when we walked out it was so hilariously bad.
If they are still in business in a year ill eat my words but im doubting it. Ive probably had worse meals but never at this price point.

Loved it here! The food is delicious, the staff is incredibly kind from the moment you walk in to the moment you step out. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a hidden artistic gem with great drinks in the middle of coral gables
