There were fruit flies when we dined here. It was a Friday afternoon and looks like they just opened and may have forgotten to clean the night before. Other than that, the food is great, pretty nostalgic pizza taste, and that Beer Dip Sauce (?) is a nice addition. The female staff is attentive and courteous, the male one chose to have his beer first before starting to work (he’s probably the bar tender).

On a quick weekend to visit Charlottesville and found this hidden gem off Main. Walked in and Brendan(?) happily greeted us and then brought us a pitcher of water to start. We ordered three different pizzas and each was amazing! The garlic knots are really, really good too. If you get a chance to look at their menu, the options are endless for toppings. The crust…. So good! And we also ordered a side of jalapeno ranch that was really the right dip for our pizza. I highly recommend stopping by and saying hi to Brendan and grab a pizza!

Love this place — Awesome pizza!! And I’m pretty picky!! Recommend going in the summer, and after 6pm. Next to no one here and able to park in a closed business lot nearby. Say outside at the picnic tables there. And a treat for the kids to have a train come by so close!! Fun ambiance. <3

Cozy. Off the beaten path. Indoor & outdoor seating. Pizza tasted great. Salad was fresh. Prices very fair.

Got two pizzas to go and had some drinks at the bar. The college atmosphere was definitely in full effect. Drinks we’re good and cheap and the pizzas were absolutely amazing. The pizza was cooked perfectly, “great undercarriage”, the sauce, toppings, and cheese were all generous. Great stuff.

This place has really gone downhill over the past year. The pizza quality is EXTREMELY hit or miss, and they automatically add a 20% gratuity for very little service. The only reason I even go anymore is for trivia night on Tuesdays. This place used to be amazing.

This a sweet spot downtown charlottesville. We stopped here for chow after hiking crab tree falls. There was only one server whose name.i can’t recall on a really nice Saturday afternoon that took the time and effort to check on us very often, made sure our needs were met despites the fact that she was the only one and they had a decent crowd. The establishment was clean and the pizzas were delightfully delicious. My girlfriend is a picky vegetarian while I eat all meat everything but she was very pleasently surprised with the quality of the veggy pizza she got. We marked it as a spot where we will be returning.

Have been coming here since I got to uva. I’ve always loved them, but their pizza quality has tanked and they just started applying mandatory 20% gratuity on bills. This is not a sit down restaurant or a place where service is provided other than them bringing your pizza and leaving. This kind of mandatory gratuity is ridiculous.

This is the burned bottom of my calzone. I flipped it upside down so you can see it. I expected more from this place. I normally get a good calzone but someone dropped the ball on this one. It should not have left the shop. The only reason I gave the dinner 2 stars was because I had their Caesar salad which is delicious. BTW, this burned calzone was my birthday dinner. Oh well.

The quality of crozet has gone way downhill in the last year. We have come every single week in the last two years, so I’ve been here to see the whole journey. They now charge automatic tips for zero service, bring out burnt or underdone pizza, and seem to be inconvenienced by our presence. Requiring us to order at the bar and then upcharging us for nothing is insane.
