Stopped by the new Broad Street location — the atmosphere was clean and inviting, and the staff were friendly. But I didn’t stop there to meet new people and sightsee.
Unfortunately, the food didn’t match the vibe. My chicken order was wrong and way too crispy. I like a little crunch, but not the kind that challenges the dog’s teeth. ♀️
Then the mac and cheese showed up cold… like “been sitting under the light for decoration” cold. ♀️
For the price, I expected hot, right, and edible food. Nice people, clean space — but great customer service isn’t just in how you talk, it’s in what you serve.

I just went there got a five piece chicken with Mac and cheese. The chicken taste old like something was wrong with it. My son kept eating it next thing he was vomiting and running to the bathroom it was spoiled chicken and the Mac and cheese had no flavor

Went in there to order food and asked about the menu. The guy behind the counter was rude, nasty, and disrespectful. Then had the nerve to say “you gonna order or not?” I left immediately and went down the road. Never spend money with someone who can’t appreciate the business. Work in the area from time to time but I’ll never go back and neither will any colleagues of mine. Trash business and trash people.

I went in 1 time but never again. It was just a quick trip I figure a few pieces of chicken before my bus comes. I get my food which came extremely slow. And was on my way. After getting to my destination I sit down with my father to eat a meal together and though the chicken did smell old. We did not heed that warning. The chicken tasted fine. They have deals that gives a soda or drink for everything in the store but not with wings so I can order a thigh combo and get a soda but or a wing combo and have to pay for the soda that’s dumb and no other crown fried chicken does that. So they just doing they own thing and ppl falling for it

Was helping relatives when we decided to grab something to eat. No more Church’s so we came to CFC. The chicken was hot and juicy. The price for 8 wings, rolls and fries was $11.99. I will stop again if in the area.

The food was good, it cost more than it was shown in the images to the location. The location was horrible, just as I was about to enter, there was a man running hurriedly from a store on front. I wouldn’t recommend going to this place alone.
