Took a minute to find location, got there 10 minutes before closing. Employee did not want to serve us shakes, since she already cleaned the blender, had us lock the door, handed us her trash to throw away on our side, made us tea, (2) that ended up costing $17 with no price sheet or size chart. The teas weren’t the best tasting, and she had us lock the door on our way out.
We are still wanting to come check out the shakes, as I have heard good things, but beyond disappointed in the service we received.
As a former business owner, I would’ve liked to know, if an employee was causing me to lose business.

I’m a regular; I come in basically every morning before work for a Specialty tea. The staff is exceptional, friendly, and accommodating. Pricing is competitive. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone. I no longer drink Redbulls and Bangs ; I now drink these nutritional teas instead, and they help me through the days… especially the mornings! Thanks for the great service and drinks.

This is my favorite tea shop and I have been to many all over from atascocita, Kingwood, Porter, new Caney, the oak ridge one, and Conroe and this has been by far the best for so many reasons! The teas are very flavorful and delicious! I’ve had some that are too powdery tasting or too water down. Every time cross ties has always been perfect! The service is so kind and helpful and I go here regularly! I love Cross Ties and highly recommend them to anyone who enjoys loaded teas and shakes!
