Very nice employee always has a smile and quick to ask if I need anything. Store is big and carry a lot even makes hot food,i.e sandwiches, pizza, breakfast sandwiches. Always clean and nothing in the aisles. It’s also a gas station so it’s good to fill up your car while you’re filling up your stomach.

There are several reasons I have this establishment the rating I did: l called there to ask what time they closed- although online, it states 9:00, I wanted to be sure because I had known the owner to close before this time in the past. The employee asked the owner and he said they would 8:30 be closing at 8:30.

Me and my family has always used crossroads but after change in ownership it’s like it’s gotten 100% better the food is now amazing and affordable. The gas station is always clean the owner is always cleaning and mopping throughout the day. The food has gotten so delicious way better than what it was, the prices is way more affordable and he runs the gas station better I give the store and owner a full five star.

They are to exspensive!!! I got loaf bread for 4.34 you could got 2 loaf for that or 3 if you went Walmart . There hot deli foods good but definitely not cheap either.

This establishment has went so downhill. No prices on the menu. Prices are always different on the items. Today while going to purchase tobacco products, it was scanned, rang up at $6.84 then was changed on the point of sale system by the owner to $10.65. This place is ripping people off left and right and the remaining staff with ties is the only reason it hasn’t went under.

Like most small places you can get a homemade hamburger toasted bun which is always good, but what sets this place apart is the owners, staff and area. Great people! It’s like walking into home or a familiar place. You feel like friends and family.

Y’all crossroads never disappoints. Me and my mom picked up dinner tonight and I realized that I didn’t have any more treats at the house for my doggies, but didn’t want to run all the way off the mountain to get them. I told the lady on the phone I needed a plain burger patty and told her why because I didn’t want any seasoning on it, if at all possible. I got home to this note. Made my night and of course the “babies.” Keep doing what your doing, crossroads. This may seem like a small act, but for somebody who had a bad day, even the littlest act of kindness can change your whole night. ❤️
