Casual and comfortable roadhouse bar and dining room. The sauce on my buffalo chicken salad was amazing and seemed house made with a very broad flavor spectrum. The dijon dill salad dressing on a house salad was also very bright and perky! From the dining room you could hear the kitchen staff pleasantly and diligently working away which added a little fun to the atmosphere.
Update: We went back with a larger group and tried a number of appetizers with our entrees. The medium hot buffalo wings were excellent, though next time I may ask for a little more sauce on the side. They were amazingly crispy on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside! The sauce was flavorful buffalo, but with a perfect infusion of black pepper! The biggest surprise was the Irish chips! The malt (vinegar) aioli was amazing and the housemade chips were not overdone and dry as they are at a lot of other places! Even happier with our second visit! The Cowboy Burger was great, too!

My grandma niece and I came on Valentine’s Day and I cat say enough about this place! The food was amazing and the service was even better! The chef treated my niece like gold. He made her sliced apple before her lunch and offered her ice cream after even asking what her favorite Taylor swift song was so he could play it for her! If you haven’t came your missing out!

I discovered this place during a sight seeing detour and stopped in for lunch. There was plenty of parking and seating available though it seemed to get busier as the afternoon rolled on. The fried pickles were a good appetizer and the Irish fries would also be a good choice. The haddock was a large piece, however it wasn’t served with lemon slices; I didn’t ask for them either. The coleslaw was crunchy and flavorful; I prefer mine creamy but I wasn’t disappointed. The wooden booths can become uncomfortable after a while. Though there were a couple large groups the noise level was low enough to have a conversation with the person across from me. Our server was excellent and made me feel welcomed while engaging me with conversation. I would definitely go again if I’m in the area.

Update 1/21/26 went here last week ordered the totchos and Philly steak sandwich. Both were good. Wasn’t to busy. Food came out quickly……………………They have ample parking which is nice. The pIace looked really busy when we pulled in. They only had room to sit us outside. I ordered the fried pickles which I enjoyed. Pretty sure they are homemade. I also ordered the chicken quesadilla. The quesadilla was ok. It had plenty of filling. The waitress was nice. We didn’t have to wait too long too get our food. Overall I would give this place another try. However I would not order the chicken quesadilla again. I would try something different on the menu.

Absolutely loved the food and the service here, most definitely reminded me of back home in the south !!!! My server was beyond polite and attentive to our table even the chef came out to make sure everything was going well… If ur looking 4 great food and kid/ family or just a date night friendly place u wanna come here ☺️ ..only thing that kinda sucked is that was over 100 for 3 ppl so depending on what u get can be a tad pricey but over all one of the best places I have eaten, especially after last time I visited NY

They recently moved the bar tender to tables which I’m quite sad about but the beer is cold, the food is delicious and consistently well prepared. There is a good s3lection of different foods, vegetarian options. I love sitting on the porch!

Great food and service! I had the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich with Irish Fries (homemade chips). You could tell that the breaded the chicken right there! It was seriously huge!
Cowboy burger this time, juicy and good. The staff is still very friendly…

If you find yourself in Lansing, don’t drive by Crossroads. The food is fantastic, they have every drink imaginable, and the owner Jay is not only knowledgeable but friendly and down to earth. The food choices are both comfort foods mixed with healthy essentials. We will definitely be back, and soon.

You know those restaurant experiences that can genuinely never be recreated? That’s crossroads. It’s what Applebees and Chilis wish they could be.
Not only is the food FIRE, like the wings and sweet potato fries, but the service is unbeatable.
Such friendly faces always and I always feel so taken care of. The Staff is hard working, Becky the kitchen manager is a hoot, Amber is a superb waitress who serves with a smile, and Jay, well you just have the meet him and see the awesomeness for yourself.
I will come back to Crossroads always and forever.
