We had a great dinner experience here. Our server was Stephanie & she made great recommendations and was on it. The bartender was very busy but kept drinks moving quickly. We really enjoyed the blackened tuna and the Sherwood Forest Chicken. We also ordered a bucket of wings with the sauce on the side, delicious.

I ordered the seafood pasta and the shrimp was wayyyy over cooked and it was literally drenched in liquid butter there was more butter than sauce. The salad that came with my dish was really good. My gf got a chicken Caesar salad she said it had very little toppings for the price and it was mostly lettuce. Server was great. I also got the clam chowder and that was awesome.

We arrived for dinner at 5PM on a Friday. It took approximately 10 minutes for a family of 4 to be seated. I liked the atmosphere of the restaurant. We ordered burger, chicken strips and chicken club. The food was good but I would not order any of those options again. I will go back because I believe that there are potentially great signature dishes. Next time I would try the reuben and the prime rib.

Packed house but the service didn’t suffer. Our waitress was super attentive and friendly. We had a party of 10 all on separate bills. We didn’t ask for that but that’s how it came. Food was excellent. 8 of of 10 of us got the French dip and all loved it. One person got a burger and she said it was excellent. My fish and chips was also great. Everything went smoothly and we all had a great time. We’ll definitely be back!

Don’t let the exterior turn you away from the Crossbow Inn. The inside was charming and staff were great! Food was a good price and yummy. The fried cauliflower was an interesting choice but one I would make again. Salads were yummy. Ranch was great!

My whole family (5 of us) came in to celebrate my birthday. We had made reservations, but my husband uses a walker and the tables here are so close together that he couldn’t make it to where they intended to seat us. The table they sat us at was with a different server who was already pretty busy and I think she was upset we were sat with her.
She checked on us once, we had to stop her several times to ask for things like water refills and ketchup. She never smiled. I asked her if they had a drink menu and she just responded no and walked away. When she took our check she snatched my mom’s card off the table. The attitude of our server was actually the worst and she was inattentive at best.
I ordered frog legs, my husband ordered fish and chips, my son got a burger and my daughter got the seafood platter. Our dinners were all delicious and cooked perfectly. My mom ordered a steak that was so tough she was literally sawing on it with her steak knife.
For a $100+ bill at a restaurant known for their steak and burgers I was not impressed at all and will probably not be back.

expensive but good Food was Good all except my mother in laws sirloin steak. It was so tough she couldn’t eat it ” they’re supposed to be famous for steaks”
however the restaurant is NOT handicap friendly
the tables and seats did not allow me with my walker to go anywhere except the bathroom and the first tables up front
We had to be moved from where they had us with our reservation because i literally couldn’t get thru to the back of the corner. Al’s the service is horrible our server was non existent.
She was rude and we think she was mad because we had to sit in her section due to the inability to get thru the restaurant with my walker

Located in Grand Blanc, this was our 1st time to visit this friendly little place. It was highly recomended by friends & I can see why!
The food is great! We had Fish & Chips, served with Cole Slaw & Steak Fries for Hubby & I had a nice Veggie Meddly with mine. Our friends had sandwiches. The Cuban & a Tuna. Both were stuffed & served with Fries & Cole Slaw! We were all pleasantly stuffed before we left!

We have been coming here to celebrate special occasions for over 20 years and Crossbow always satisfies. Great salad, great drinks (trash can and Dewars on the rocks), and great food. I always get the pork chops and my wife always gets the almond chicken. Never changes, always good. Very noisy and small venue. But I like it that way.
