Momo starter was new on menu and to be honest a little bland and the kebab style chilli sauce it came with didn’t really suit it. The prawn and lamb shasliks we had were cooked beautifully and the sides were great. A little more expensive than I expected but I will be back. Maybe try the banquet night on a sunday which looks great value.

This was my first time of eating there and my chicken labador with cashew nuts together with the Cromwell special rice was simply awesome! It was a little sweet but I was assured there is no added sugar. The price was very reasonable too. As it was a Friday evening, it was quite loud and our group were also very loud even though it wasn’t very busy. The staff were also friendly; even taking photos for us. I would certainly be making another visit or I’ll be trying their takeaway options very soon!

Popped in because it was local to our hotel and fancied a ruby.!!…good greeting, great service and food was fantastic. Ordered too much food as always but it was great quality and hot..was semi busy with locals as it was a Friday night but lots of spaces without booking.would recommend as an Indian if in the area.

Takeaway order vegan menu, the biryani was great, the curry with it was a little under seasoned but prefer that to over seasoned. Worked with the rice. Good portion too. Vegan tikka masala wouldn’t order again, prominent coconut flavour no depth. Excited to try some more vegan options in the restaurant. The food arrived quickly & hot to Chineham.

We found the food to be a bit mild for our taste, but we thoroughly enjoyed the excellent service and pleasant atmosphere. The availability of free parking was also a welcome convenience.

My partner and I visited here Saturday night whilst having a little get away. We both a bit dubious at first as we are both very hard to please.
On arrival we were made to feel welcome and the building was amazing inside. We were shown to our table and given the menus which had plenty of choice.
We ordered our food and waited, not very long either we had our starters and everything tasted so fresh, so we waited a little longer and our mains arrived. We had onion bhaji which were the best ones we have ever tried, again so fresh tasting hardly any grease and melt in the mouth batter, the naans were light and fluffy (most naans we have seem a bit doughy) and the curries wow on another level. Again fresh tasting plenty of flavours , just the right amount of heat And plenty of meat , the rice was also tasty. The only complaint I have is that I am in Southampton and its a bit far for a daily. But a monthly may be on the cards as its well worth it

Absolutely appalling, no salad with the tandoori chicken and the tarka Dal should be thick with lentils like porridge but watery and tasteless. Will not be ordering from this tale away again

Luke warm reception but decent sevice overall. Room temperature cola that was also flat. Jalfrezi was enjoyable whilst my partner ordered the standard curry that sadly was tasteless. daft decision to be fair. Not bad but there are more contemporary Indian restaurants.
