My fiancé and I came here for our Anniversary dinner Sept 24th 2025. We are originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, so are used to spending a pretty penny for a good meal.
I got the Rosemary Chicken with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Grilled Vegetables, and he got the Shrimp Mediterranean Pasta Special. He got the Club and I got the Mojito from the bar menu. We ended dinner with the Croc Lemon Cheesecake. Everything was fantastic. The chicken was so juicy, the shrimp tasted fresh; everything on each of our plates went together perfectly. The dessert was creamy and one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had. The drinks were great as well.
11/10 would come back when I visit Santa Barbara again.

This is a real gem. Don’t be put off that it’s in a hotel. The food here is truly excellent. The restaurant has a nice patio if it’s warm. It’s clear this is where locals go, and with good reason. Portions are generous and perfectly cooked. I had the eggplant parmigiana which was delicious. My spouse had salmon piccata, also really excellent. We’d done their happy hour prior to dinner, this was also a relative bargain. Drinks are well done here. If there’s any downside is that parking is in the hotel lot and we had to park in the back. Still easier than downtown. We’ve eaten in many Santa Barbara restaurants and this is one we’ll be back to.

A friend and I stopped in here for the day passing through. It has a very nice atmosphere and good customer service. For me it’s more of a place for appetizers and drinks. Great hang out spot. My friend said his meal was okay. I ordered a steak, but it was too raw. They offered to cook it more, but I just couldn’t do it. I decided to try again with a chocolate mousse cake, but it tasted more like tiramisu. Other than that the view outside was great. I love how they put a giant chess game outside by the pool.

We came to the inn and my My girlfriend had really strict dietary needs. I went at 9:45 just as they were closing with some food she bought from home and asked if they could heat it up for us. Without hesitation they kindly did it and was so kind and gave us everything we needed without expecting anything in return. They were brilliant!

Anchors Lemon Tree Inn and our dinner was terrific! I started with a cup of their award winning clam chowder! It was SO good! A few drops of pesto were on top, the flavor was great! Then I had grilled prawns on sofrito rice with grilled vegetables. They really grilled veggies on open flame and drizzled balsamic over them. Our server, Sergio was attentive, friendly and accommodating. We asked about outdoor firepit and he asked if we wanted to make reservations for one. He told the hostess who immediately came to our table so we could book it. Friends met us at the firepit for cocktails! Great time!

Ok, had brunch/lunch. Calamari ok. Rye bread, nice. Cobb salad not very good. Service friendly and ok. Would not go back. Also too expensive for the quality of the food.

Great breakfasts, especially the huevos rancheros, and happy hours. The service is friendly and finding a place that still uses cloth table covers and napkins is so nice!

Lovely cosy restaurant. Our waiter was really friendly. Food is delicious well prepared. Probably the best we have eaten during our whole trip to the US.

The reason I rated this restaurant a 3 boils down to my disappointment in that when I requested chillie sauce, flakes or fresh chillie the response was that they had none and yet one of their dishes on their special menu is chillie based.
The only dessert I really wanted they refused to make it cos their pans were all cleaned up?

This is the place to be! The ambience is amazing, the food delicious, and the service is great. Shoutout to Abner for being so helpful and quick with the service. Had some great tips as well! L

Food:
Potato steak cut fries. literal wedges hahah if you don’t like super chunky fries, stick to the mashed potato
Chicken Marsala: absolutely delicious. We did add a bit of pepper and pepper flakes for some extra spice but the dish itself was great!
Pomegranate margarita and Rose: they speak for themselves. Super yummy and the margarita was well mixed and not watered down.

Two desserts to go:
Banana Malibu and Trip Chocolate Mousse stay tuned to see how yummy it is
