I have a gluten intolerance, and unfortunately the staff did not seem knowledgeable about gluten content or proper food handling to prevent cross-contamination. Additionally, the overall food quality was quite low. I was attending a conference with all meals included, but many of us ended up going out to eat because the food provided was not enjoyable.

I had their breakfast two days in a row. Only commenting on that.

Food is relatively healthy and very inclusive of vegetarians and vegans, which I appreciate. It’s cafeteria style and you pick among their options for the day, rather than order from a set menu. Their chia pudding is delicious. Their fruit is always very fresh. Beverages are fairly comprehensive and they provide actual cream instead of creamer for your coffee (and all the milk and plant based milk alternatives you can think of). The only thing I didn’t like was their hash browns were a little dry when I had them.

Overall it’s solid, consistently good, healthful food, no bells or whistles. Not a place to go out of your way to try, but an excellent option if you’re in the area.

Staff are attentive, kind, and helpful. Really appreciate them too.
