Call for a pick up.. ordered 2 X-Large pizzas.. one supreme and one with pepperoni and black olives.. picked up and both pizzas was pepperoni and olives.. called the manager.. she wanted to argue saying we ordered 2 of the same pizzas. So because the ladies who took the order, didn’t pay attention… I have to pay the price.. 50 bucks for 2 pizzas and one is wrong. They didn’t even want to make it right and going by what the lady that took the order word over the customer. This place is NOT the same anymore. Plus we traveled from Canal winchester for this crap. They need to listen!!! Make sure they repeat the order to you, I guess

THE BEST SALAD, now it may sound like I’m glazing but I love this salad. I’m autistic and a big struggle is finding food I actually like. The ONLY complaint I have is that I ordered croutons and you get a very small bag with like 6 smal croutons. I suggest just using your own if you want more than that. But I love the salad without the croutons! :3

We have been Christy’s fans for years! Always great and friendly service and we always end up devouring our food. We have our go-to favorites but in the past year tried the cauliflower crust pizza and the pulled pork pizza! Both excellent!! The cauliflower is my new regular choice but the pulled pork is so hearty and delicious, it’s shocking!! Thanks to all employees and thank you for being willing to deliver to Collegeview! It’s very appreciated!! ❤️

Consistently inconsistent!
We order regularly, and regularly they can’t seem to get it right. Always order a well done pie with light sauce. Usually only with certain items on half. They can’t even get this right about a third of the time.
We spend at least $30 each time we order. WE ARE DONE! If you like doughy pizza then this is the one for you. Swimming in sauce and soggy crust is not what we order yet this is what we get. Attention to detail is key with any customer service based business. At this point I’m really surprised that they haven’t closed the doors and filed for unemployment. I can’t count how many free pizzas they have given us over the years due to the mistakes. The remake is always right so why can’t it be prepared to order the first time? I hate to call and complain about it for reasons they could probably sue if I posted it here. Sometimes when we complain management is nice but mostly kind of snotty. Is it good flavor wise? Usually. Is it worth what they charge? Hardly. The only thing they have going for them is how close they are to my house. The convenience. I will from now on order from somewhere else. I will drive to a further pizza place on the other side of town from now on. At least I know what I’ll get there and won’t have to finish the baking process once I get home.

I don’t know, everyone seems to love Cristys, but I find it very very greasy. Like stain my seat because the pizza grease leaked through the box, onto my seat. It was disgusting and just unappealing. The girl seemed as if I was bothering her when I went inside to pick it up. We won’t be back. It was sooo expensive as well!

Just moved to Lancaster a few months ago. We tried some of the competitors around us, but we Love Cristy’s pizza. I recently was diagnosed with Diabetes and my wife told me to order a salad. Wow… I got a chef salad with a few extra toppings and it was delicious. I don’t like lettuce but with all the yummy toppings on it I could barley taste the lettuce! Pizza dough is wonderful. I am half Sicilian and this will be our go to spot. It’s also a bonus that I live down the road from Cristy’s.
