The food is not worthy of 1 Star ! I did an online order, for dark meat, French fries, and corn. Upon my arrival the clerk could not find my order. I showed my email receipt, while he then proceeds to tell me they don’t have corn. It’s a reason, my order was done online, and this should have been communicated via email like the receipt. I speak with the manager, and tell him about updating their online process, as well as changing my order. I asked for a pepsi, while waiting; and he proceeds to charge me $2.00 for a can soda. I told him my time is valuable and this is an inconvenience. The manager laughed, and said this has nothing to do with it. I’m know waiting 10 extra minutes for Overcooked Vegetables, Undercooked No Season Chicken, and Mediocre Fries. WORST $14.00 SPENT !!!

You come here for the best rotisserie chicken bar none, not for the atmosphere or service! The pink sauce is out of this world! When this place started, it was a tiny spot with 4 tables inside and 2 outside. Now, they have grown and have multiple locations.

They have a rewards program who lies to customers on the screen and is very inconsistent because if you want to get something from there, the cashier will tell you that it’s something very different that what you wanna get.

2 years eating on this restaurant, staff couldn’t be better, they are my friends! I eat this chicken daily and never get bored of it. Pink sauce is my favorite sauce. Love crisp & Juicy!

Chicken was ok but a little dry. I enjoyed the yuca & fries. The vegetable were way overcooked. Peruvian chicken is supposed to always be moist but I’m finding that only a couple places stay consistent and Crisp & Juicy isn’t one of them.

This is definitely a go to spot for some tasty chicken, mashed potatos and sweet potato fries. The chicken is always seasoned perfectly to make your taste buds water and the chicken is perfectly cooked to always be soft with a crispy skin. The potatos are some of the best I had as if they had put the chicken grease into them. What I do not recommend is eating inside, dp not eat inside, since there is a cigar shop next door where people actively smoke cigars inside, the smell comes through the wall in a very unpleasant way, that I’m sure California prop 65 would say is detrimental to your health. I would also like to point out that all of the tables were significantly and disgustingly dirty making me regret eating inside even more. In all honesty, I would give the food a 4 and the atomsphere a 0. I also don’t recommend the dark meat sandwich, it’s so bland.

We just Spent $88+ on chicken and empanadas and they didn’t give me any green sauce when I checked my order. I asked for some and they wanted a $1 more he said they didn’t give away sauce for free I said I’m spending quite enough to be begging for a bit of sauce but they still refused to give me any. I paid the upcharge for white meat. The chicken breast was great but the wing was small and overcooked.
The fried yucca was crispy and tasty. Do NOT order the side salad, lol. It was a bad decision on my end (although the salad dressing was nice).

Chicken was not crispy or juicy. Mashed potatoes felt old. Yucca did not feel fresh. Haven’t had this place in a while and was pretty disappointed. ☹️
