The service was fine (nothing special). The place was dirty at 10:30 am. The food…
Let me start by saying that I have ordered the same salad at a different location a few times and loved it.
I ordered the shrimp salad (I think it’s called the ‘Cest la Viche’), it was awful. The radicchio wasn’t fresh (they served the core) and the shrimp was bad and very fishy.
The worst part is when I chomped into an olive pit (pictured) and chipped or cracked my back tooth. OUCH!!!
Dentist appointment…coming right up!

the food is AMAZING here. Came here specifically, though, to write a review on the taller, blonde guy that works the food bar. He is always so friendly, attentive, and sweet every time I go in!

Krystal did an amazing job serving me and my friend today. There were so many customers and she welcomed everyone while managing to make our food efficiently with a smile. Food was so yummy. She did so great!!

Paint chips. I noticed these utensils were peeling and there were literally chunks of paint hanging off of the green one. I brought it to the attention of the worker. He blew me off and told me to talk to his GM. He did not attempt to take the flakes of paint off or inspect the lemon squeezer. I came back in about 10 minutes later to take this photo and discovered that he had not even told his GM. I proceeded to try to point out where the paint was peeling and was told to get my hands away from behind the glass. The fact that a safety issue had been so nonchalantly ignored upset me and I left the restaurant. I recommend using stainless steel squeezers as these are passed over people’s dishes as they’re squeezing out lemon or lime juice on people ‘s salads. The worker which was the first point of contact was given an opportunity to take my complaint seriously and he ignored me. So now you have this review.

I had the best experience today with Krystal at the new Boulder location!! She was super sweet and had a great attitude about the 50 million modifications I made to my wrap lol. Truly the most amazing team and my Japanese BBQ wrap was amazing per usual 🙂
Not to mention how cute and inviting the location itself is. 10/10 across the board!

I went with a large group. Service was fast and friendly. The Seol Bowl was fresh and flavorful. The space was clean and welcoming. I ordered an acai bowl to share on the way out. Delicious. Bathrooms were spotless. Would recommend.

Not the cheapest salad you’ll ever have but it will be good. The lighting is bright and the decorations some minimal but it is a salad shop not a museum.

Overall pretty good, good flavor delicious dressing. Is the rice supposed to be crunchy(the crisp in the crisp and green?) to me it tastes crunchy and undercooked. Other than that it was a good Seoul bowl, just I feel rice should be cooked longer. Good portion size

I was sorely disappointed with my first visit to Crisp and Green. I didn’t find the food that fresh. The rice contained some hard grains that were hard to chew. The ambiance was not very pleasant given the fluorescent lighting and the chandelier which seemed out of place! The guy that waited on me fulfilled my order, but had no customer service skills, totally lacking in any cheerfulness or warmth.
My standard for comparison is Sweet Greens—which is also in Boulder. I would suggest going there instead! With fresher food, a more pleasant ambiance, and cheerful employees, I’ve consistently had a better experience there.

Literally walked in with two employees there and neither said anything. One looked at me then looked at his Apple Watch and kept doing his own thing. The other kept doing dishes. Wouldn’t be thrilled if I was the owner.
