I placed a pick up order at 5:30pm for a 6:15 pick up. I arrived at 6:25pm and said I had a pick up order and gave my name. The kid at the front looked confused and didn’t come back to tell me if they had it or were making it. I waited 20minutes for them to make my bowl and they proceeded to serve 5 people before even addressing me. No apology for the inconvenience and I paid $18 for this bowl. I won’t come back here.

terrible service. ordered on-line. i arrived 10 minutes later after it was expected to be ready. stood by the checkout and was ignored by several employees. i then walked up to an employee, the food wasn’t made. when they handed me the food didn’t say one thing. serious management issues. My wife’s greek bowl was made incorrectly and with buffalo chicken. Also check out the photo of my $16 wrap. How is this place in business?
UPDATE: their customer service follow up for order issues is a complete joke. Filled out the form as they instructed in their comment to my review. Did NO GOOD. They sent some joke of a message about offering enough rewards point for a free cookie. I’m sorry but a $50 order that is completely messed up and inedible should warrant a FULL REFUND PLUS A FUTURE DISCOUNT AT MINIMUM. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company.
We will never order from here again and I suggest you avoid this particular location as well.

I ordered 2 açaí bowls at 3:21pm on 1/1/26 and it had a 22 min lead time. The app and confirmation email said it would be ready at 3:43. I showed up at 3:40 and they hadn’t even started it. I watched 4 customers get helped and a doordash order get made before i got my order. 2 employees were making orders for in store while another was mopping. I saw one in the back who i assumed was making my bowls. I asked again about my order at 3:50 as it was nearly 10 mins past my pickup time, and i had just watched them help others and the dude mopping was sitting on his phone. She said “they just finished it” took 10 more mins for my order to be given to me. If you have a 22 min lead time and you haven’t even started an order at that point then why not make it 40 bc that’s how i long i waited. i work food, i know it gets busy and sometimes online orders are not the priority but if you have 4 people working and im watching two people run the front line and make salads in 1-2 mins and cash people out then its ridiculous that you couldn’t have made it in the 22 mins after i ordered it. multiple times i’ve had issues with this location and timing/order accuracy. I figured 5 months later it’d be a little better. very disappointed that i paid $28 to wait 40 mins and on top of that my açaí was like mixed with ice chips and the bananas were brown.

Very urban California type of atmosphere. Great health food options, especially for those who have allergies. They are clearly marked with gluten free and vegan allergies. Fairly obvious for dairy even though nothing with dairy is marked. My mom ordered the curry bowl. That was delicious. Dad got the Seoul bowl and felt equally stuffed and satisfied. I got the Zen bbq bowl. The bbq was subdued in flavor. I appreciated that because too much can ruin it. Only hiccup we encountered was the service crew though the curry had wheat when it clearly did not and was advertised as gluten free.

This is the second restaurant in the Crisp & Green chain I have visited.
I get the same thing so it was good to compare…I have to say they are consistent.
The look, preparation, and taste of the meal was similar to the other restaurant.
We enjoyed our meal and with the Crisp & Green meals, one does not feel weighted down after eating.
The staff was friendly and the process was fast and efficient. Order what you want and they make it for you, in front of you.
I would go back.

My fourth and final visit to this branch. As said in other reviews, even though I arrived late my food wasn’t ready and I was ignored by staff for a good while. They then had to hunt around for my order. This had happened every time I visit, so perhaps moving the ticket machine to a place where staff don’t have to go out of their way to look at it would help. Finally got my food, and mine had chicken and queso fresco buried in there. I asked for these items to be replaced as I’m vegan, for religious reasons. About a quarter of my order was inedible as a result, though I suspect I ingested some meat without knowing as my stomach was upset soon afterwards – not due to spoiled meat, but because I haven’t eaten meat in 20+ years.
As usual, there were more staff than customers in the store. If there was a supervisor on site, they were nowhere to be seen though my experience with them is that even when they’re present they are woefully disengaged. Better training is needed across the board, starting at store manager level.
The Eden Prairie site is much better – greeted when I enter, fast and accurate service, attentive staff – and I’ll be going there if I visit a Crisp and Green in future.

I’ve held off on submitting a review given the 7-8 times we’ve had issues, but today was the final straw. Placed an online order at 5:05 pm, promised to be ready at 5:25 pm. Show up at 5:29 pm, not ready, no big deal. Asked what my name was around 5:30, told them, and they said they were making it “right now”. What happened over the next 25 minutes was pure insanity- I watched 10 customers walk in, place brand new orders, check out, and leave with their orders, while mine STILL had not been started. I was asked FIVE times over those 25 minutes what my name was, and assured my order “was next”. There were 5 others in my exact situation, all of us getting lapped by customers who placed their orders 30+ minutes after ours. Absolutely a joke. The excuse given? That they were down 2 people. Honestly, that I can understand, and being behind is ok as long as staff seems to care. But my point that I made multiple times was that there were new orders, at least 10, being put in after our orders and walking out with their food before ours. That’s not an issue of being down 2 people, that’s a management issue. Avoid at all costs, or have exactly zero plans for an hour after you place your order. I finally left, salad on hand, at 6:02 pm.

I ordered for delivery and did not receive what I ordered. The bowl I recieved had roasted peppers & onions, spicy chicken, cabbage. No feta, no cucumbers, no regular tomato. I called the restaurant, the guy working answered “hello”. I had to ask I’d this was Crip & Green. I stated I just received my order and it was wrong. He said he would get a manager. I could hear him speaking to someone in the background and then he came back to the phone and hung up on me. I called back and was able to speak with a shift lead. I explained my order was wrong. I was offered a free salad, however being at work and ordering a delivery in the first place that doesn’t help me. I requested a refund. I paid $24.01 for something I did not order and toppings I can’t stand. I was told a refund should be issued within a few days. Will update if and when that happens.

We came in for a quick dinner and ate in the dining room. I had the bbq chicken smoke show salad. The food was high quality but I observed that you don’t get much protein included in the ingredients. It is also expensive, about $13 for the salad alone.
The staff were all friendly and prompt. Bathrooms are nice and clean as well.
