I’ve been going to this store regularly since I moved to Woodbury. They used to have a friendly manager but he has left for a long time.
On February 13 2026 evening I visited the store and asked if they could honor the reward on points that were not collected last time. Their reward system constantly fail. I was told they could not do anything on it.
Not only that, their female manager that day was very rude. Refuse to give points back and cut my burrito very badly.
This place is bad go to cafe Zupas service it’s much better there and they don’t miss points lol

I ordered door dash through the app tonight…. I did this the week before with no problems.
I ordered the fiesta bowl and paid extra to add the butternut squash. This has to be a joke the bowl is half full. With DoorDash it adds and extra $10 plus dollars plus tip …why would it be less than what I get when I go into the store.
Y’all need to train your ppl better. Tell them to make the bowls the way they would want it. I highly doubt any one would be ok with this little of food…especially when in paid extra for extra veggies.
The wild rice is also extremely undercooked. Seeing the 3/4 of the bowl I had was rice it’s inedible.
I won’t be coming back…I’ll go to Zupas where they know how to make a to go bowls.
Added the untouched food.

We usually always pick up but decided to do delivery. Used the Crisp and Green app which unfortunately doesn’t have a way to contact DoorDash when something is wrong.
The DoorDasher brought me the wrong order. When I called back to tell her it wasn’t my order.. she basically said she doesn’t know what to do and did nothing to help.
I called Crisp and Green since I couldn’t contact DoorDash support. Sarah answered and was really nice on the phone and said she’d contact them for me. A few minutes go by and she calls back saying they remade my order and Sarah delivered the order herself. I was really shocked and grateful she did that.
As always, food was great. Fresh ingredients, great portions.

Had a wonderful and amazing experience at this Crisp & Green Woodbury location!! Oscar was incredible along with the staff there, ingredients were fresh and they are all attentive and made sure i had a great experience! I will keep coming back due to this amazing customer service that should not go unnoticed

Had a fantastic first time dining experience yesterday at Crisp & Green’s Woodbury location. The food was great, but the service we received from Oscar was the highlight of our visit. Oscar was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make our meal enjoyable.
We can’t wait to return!

She kindly explained the different options for ordering and checked in with me throughout the process to ensure I was comfortable with the array of ingredients going into my Seoul Bowl and Wild Child. Tasty but reverting back to less is more. Bold and the Buffalo with virtually no protein. Just hit and miss with who makes your food. Not much consistency.

Came back in and had the Bold and the Buffalo Grain bowl. It was good, plenty of food and my earlier concern wasn’t present this visit. I’m changing my rating to 5 stars. The food is good quality, the place is spotless and they are friendly. What else could you ask for…

First off, the salad was tasty. But, as they were building my Southwest salad, the chicken was almost out so I got just a few pieces. Then came the black beans that were out so i got 5 or 6 beans. I commented on this to the lady making my salad but was ignored. She could have gotten more chicken and beans.
So i paid $13.65 for a bunch of lettuce, corn and tasty dressing. I’m still hungry as I’m sitting in the store typing this.
My wife’s Buffalo grain bowl was filled as one would expect and very tasty.
So $29 total. If we come back I’ll have the buffalo bowl.
Back again 4-2-23. Portions look good and was yummy! :).

I loved the variety and selection. Everything looked delicious. I had the Greek. I SO WILL DO IT AGAIN. The staff was nice and patient, I told them it was my first time and they were helpful. I usually dont order a drink at places and they offered me a water cup. (Nice touch)

Ordered the Classic Chicken Cesar Lunch for Delivery. Customer Service did a great job on presentation (check out the Parm ) with a good mix of fresh veggies and chicken. The dressing was enough to blend in and tasted delish as well. Looks like this location has stepped up their game. Follow me for more reviews.
