We’ve enjoyed Crisp & Green before, but today was a letdown. We came in to use the $5 app coupon; after several attempts, staff told us it wouldn’t work. We then politely asked if they could at least remove one paid extra. We were assured they would “as a courtesy,” but after paying we saw on the receipt that nothing had been comped. We were told one thing at the counter, and the opposite was done on the bill.
Mistakes happen, but transparency matters. Please honor promotions—or explain clearly why not—and ensure any goodwill adjustments actually appear on the receipt. We left disappointed.

Last night I came in to have dinner with my father and the food was great as always. Dilan and Elijah did an amazing job working together to make us great salads and they both were extremely friendly and polite which I enjoy the most about this place! Everyone that works here does an amazing job on food and customer service. I love coming here and will definitely be back for more!

My first time going to crisp and green and I absolutely love the vibe the food of course and the service from Christian the server was very professional. Food was delicious he prepared a salad for me that can not wait to go back and have another one. The place was very clean and the drinks amazing as well. However, they do not accept cash, and it is relatively expensive, even for lunch. They do use high quality ingredients. And the bowls are filling.
For 2 of us with 2 bowls, a drink and a smoothie came out to $38.

NEW restaurant in North Naples! Extremely clean, great fresh ambient, a lot of sitting space. I love when the menu has pictures to visualize better. The staffs are young but super cool and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, crispy, great presentation. I had the Shrimply irresistible salad and my boyfriend got the Greek grill chicken and I was eating from both ♀️…

It was actually my first time there, meeting an associate. I was quite pleasantly surprised. The staff was very kind and professional and the food was really good, though I try and eat healthy, I admit I’m not quite used to that level of healthy however, I am going back, without question.

This is the second time I’ve placed a takeout order here and did not receive what I paid for. On my first order, I purchased two grain bowls and a smoothie, but the bowls did not include the chicken I paid for (the main protein). I called the restaurant, but since I was already back at work and couldn’t return, I asked for a refund. To this day, I still haven’t received it.
Today, I gave the restaurant another chance and ordered a grain bowl with avocado as an add-on (charged $1.45) but it came without avocado. I also ordered a smoothie with a substitution to replace pea protein with almond butter due to an allergy. Because I couldn’t trust that the substitution was made correctly, I threw it away.
To make matters worse, when I came in to pick up my order, the employee at the counter ignored me, even though she greeted another customer who walked in after me.
It’s a shame, because the food itself is good and the location is convenient, but repeated mistakes, poor customer service, and unfulfilled refunds make it a waste of time and money.

We’ve been coming here since they opened and the portion sizing are getting increasingly smaller. When we ask the employee to add a little extra to a more normal portion, we are often met with reluctancy to do so. Unfortunate because the food is good, but with all the new options around the area, the price versus portion is not worth it.

Naples, y’all are some TOUGH raters! Anytime I look for a place to eat there’s nowhere above a 4.4…maybe 4.5.
Listen, this place is always clean, the service is pleasant and the food is fresh. I head over here several times a week and the food is always consistent with many options compared to other salad places.
