The people working here are super sweet and kind. The food is delish I get a buffalo chicken wrap but only with lettuce chicken and tomatoes with blue cheese dressing!
Please try their wraps an salads 🙂
I love eating this for my lunch or dinner when I am working at my store miniso!

I stood there for 10 minutes and was not greeted or helped. I work in the mall and I’ve never tried them so I wanted to give them a chance while I was on break, but ended up wasting my break with no food.

Terrible service. I asked this girl to change something on my order and she rolled her eyes, walked off and called her coworker to do it. Came back with a very horrible attitude. This girl should not be working in your establishment. Disgusting behavior, terrible customer service. If I could give y’all a zero I would. Employ better people.

I ordered a Caesar salad and was very disappointed. My salad did not look like the pictures they have up, which was very misleading. The lettuce was old and they chopped up the ingredients,I added tomatoes and cucumber, even more. Which I have no idea why they chop it up, it made the salad very watery and soggy.

Ugh, they do not understand food safety here anymore. What happened? Ive been going here for a long time! They do not wipe the cutting board, salad slicer or knife between customers( the knife was covered in dressing, meat and lettuce). I nearly hurled and did not eat my wrap. I should have asked for my money back. Also, one guy does not understand any English, he shouldn’t be working on the toppings if he doesn’t know what “olives” means. Have him on the cash register, at least. And stop chopping the ingredients and turning a salad into soggy slop. They should call it Slop instead of Crisp. The creepy owner is gone, but the food went downhill. There is no longer a healthy option at this mall. Also no vegetarian/vegan option because nothing is cleaned in between customers. I’ve been eating here long before 2011, but I will not return.

I was totally confused about what to order, especially with being vegetarian.
Both of the people helped me so much, didn’t even show even a slight bit of annoyance when I was completely clueless and asked a bunch of questions.
Ordered Mediterranean wrap based on their suggestion and God in just one wrap, I was like totally full. I haven’t tried such a wrap before but it was quite delicious
Compared to the low traffic that they get here, they deserve much more traffic. So do check it out!

I had a veggie wrap and I’d say it was alright for what it was, but the main thing was the 2 girls working there, I asked the price of what a veggie wrap would be, one girl said something to the other one and then never responded to me so I initially walked away annoyed, I turned back to see them looking at me so I went back and they made me the veggie wrap, they never communicated with me so I walked away, but went back and got the wrap, after some confusion. They didn’t speak much although they were nice from what I could tell. It’s also very different from what I’ve heard about, around 2 years ago. Now it’s pretty empty, the screens don’t work, and it’s a bit of a depressing vibe from the place.

Not good. The lettuce was limp and tasted like it was old, the tofu was soggy and tasteless. I’m pretty sure they charged me for a large salad and then gave me a small. Maybe I wouldn’t be complaining so much if it was a fast food restaurant, but at 8/9 bucks a salad I expect them to use decent/fresh ingredients. I was excited to see such a healthy option in the food court, but won’t be eating here again. Go to Chopped or Diced in Raleigh/Cary instead if you want a good salad that’s worth your money.
