This place serves southern-style fried chicken in addition to the Japanese dishes. I tried the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, which honestly is the best one I ever had. You wouldn’t expect that at a place like this, but I can guarantee you would appreicate the sandwich. The wings, with Nashville hot and garlic, were excellent too, although I can see the chicken is of some lower quality. The fries were pathetic, poorly fried.
Do not expect to get any good service. The place is kinda off beat too.

Went on a quiet Sunday afternoon. Ordered to go and food was ready in around 5 minutes. Food was still fresh when we got home. Steak was good, shrimp was great. Chicken was a little dry, but had good flavor. Fried rice and noodles were my favorite thing in the box. I will come back!

I had an amazing experience at Crimson Japanese Grill! From the moment I walked in, Mike took care of me like family and made sure everything was perfect. The service was top-notch — our waiter was super, super nice, attentive, and made the whole dining experience even better. Every single dish was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. It’s rare to find a place that gets both the food and the hospitality this right. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to again and again!!!!!

I ate here for a weekday (Monday) lunch. The service was quick, not unfriendly and the food was brought to the counter after about 8 minutes. Definitely prepared fresh. With a 15% tip and a drink (drink is extra $2 plus change) the total was just under $20 which is not too bad considering current price inflation and that I got the steak and shrimp combo. I will definitely return and try it again. Atmosphere: Bama themed which is a plus. The place was not busy at all. It reminded me of when Ichiban was in their old location near the old Bama Bowl but with more seating. I would give it 3&1/2 stars due to the sticky table I sat at. Restaurant overall wasn’t unclean, in fact it seemed to be cleaned pretty well. This place definitely competes with the other Japanese places around…plus they have bubble tea.

This is such a great spot—I’ve been coming here for a few years, and I honestly don’t think their prices have changed much, if at all. Everyone who works here is so kind, especially the woman at the front. I’ll never forget her! She’s always smiling, so welcoming, and her service is amazing every single time. The food is always really good, with lots of options to choose from. They even added a chicken section recently, so now you can grab fried chicken and a few other sides too. Highly recommend!

I ordered the steak, chicken, and shrimp Hibachi plate. The portion size, as well as taste, exceeded my expectations. Totally worth the price. My order included a spring roll that was so good I returned within seconds after leaving to order 4 more. I’m convinced that the owner/cook there know Jesus, there’s literally no other explanation why this food, especially the spring rolls were this good. Did I mention everything was freshly made, hot, and given to me within minutes? Say your blessings on the way there so you waste no time when you get your food. Yes, it’s that good. Love going in here for the creamsicle lychee boba. However will never get food from here again fried or not. As I was eating my wings, I found a bug in one of the sauce cups that I had been using. Immediately lost my appetite. Be careful when eating her and check your food throughly
