I’m so thrilled this is right next to my work place! Fresh fried chicken entrees that is perfectly seasoned, cooked (made fresh every time you order) with a clean and inviting space. I got the hot level and it was actually hot! The orange sauce and garlic sauce are absolutely delicious. I loved the fries. The servings are generous (an entire chicken breast per sandwich) and I can’t wait to try everything else on the menu! Highly recommend this gem!

I pick up from here every week the past 2 months. The staff is always absolutely fantastic, they have the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever tasted, that fried onion & pickles are to die for. And they always hook me up with that delicious crimson sauce. Love this place and will be a loyal customer :).

Consistently the best cooked chicken tenders in town and the spice levels are legit. Everything is always cooked to order and extremely fresh. I like to ask them to put the spices on the fries – absolutely delicious.

This was honestly one of the worst burger experiences I’ve ever had. I tried both the Crimson Burger and the Double Smash Burger and both were absolutely terrible. The taste was awful, and it felt like the burgers had been fried in old, rancid oil. The smell alone was unbearable, and it completely overpowered any flavor the burger might have had.
There was no juiciness, no freshness just greasy, oily bites that made me feel sick. It was like eating straight-up oil. I genuinely regret trying this place. I’m never coming back. Total disappointment.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant since its grand opening and have always enjoyed the food—especially the chicken tenders, which are consistently delicious. However, I was extremely disappointed by a recent experience that has left me feeling disrespected and unappreciated as a customer.
Today, when I tried to call in my usual order, I discovered that my number had been blocked. To confirm it wasn’t a technical issue, I had three other individuals call the restaurant from different numbers, and their calls went through without any issue. I visited the restaurant to address the situation and spoke with someone who identified himself as the owner. Unfortunately, instead of providing a valid explanation, he claimed the system must have blocked me, which seemed dismissive and unconvincing—especially since it only affected my number.
I have always made a simple and polite request when ordering: that my chicken be fried hard, as it’s the only way I enjoy it. I’ve never been rude or difficult. In fact, I’ve gone out of my way to support this business by recommending it to countless others, including customers at my workplace.
To be blocked without warning or explanation feels not only unprofessional but also disrespectful, especially considering my continued support. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and reevaluates how it treats its loyal customers moving forward.

This place is a hidden gem—very reasonably priced and delicious chicken. The tenders are huge, got three and fries, and couldn’t finish it. What I also liked was that they’re up front that every order is made to order and the wait on food was 10-15 minutes, appreciated that. Highly recommend checking it out.

Absolutely amazing hot chicken place. Have had it twice in a week. I’ve been looking for a new hot chicken place for awhile (not a fan of Dave’s) and finally got to try Crimson Coward and loved it. The heat levels are solid and leave you with a good feeling of spice and heat without making you regret all your life choices. Their fries are really solid too, good texture and just the right about of seasoning on them. Reasonably priced as well which is always nice.
Really excited about this place and can’t wait to keep eating there.
