Crimson Coward has been my go-to spot for years since they opened here, and they’ve never once let me down. I drive 30 minutes past other locations just to come to THIS one because the service, cleanliness, and quality are unmatched. The staff always provide exceptional customer service and the consistency here is second to none. Especially Abbas, Adrian, Alexia and Janeth – they are the best employees and the Latina women here have excellent customer service. They are the reason I had to leave this review for the exceptional customer service and kindness they have displayed, they’re constantly busy and never not doing something.
Their fried chicken is hands-down the best I’ve ever had, and the Crimson Chicken Sandwich, tenders, loaded mac, and Joey Eat Fries are all must-haves. My wife is hooked on the Garlic Twister too!
I’ve tried other Crimson Coward locations, but none of them compare to the excellence and care this one delivers. If you want the best chicken experience possible, this is the place to go!

The tenders are spectacular! I’ll get those every time.
The chicken sandwich is perfect EXCEPT for the chicken breast. It’s just okay. It was a little thin, a little dry, and a little tough. If they put the tenders on a sandwich instead of the breast it would be the best around.
Fried pickles are okay. Don’t get them to go, they don’t travel well. The fried onion is very good but also doesn’t travel well. Just do yourself a favor and spend the extra 15-20 minutes to sit down and eat there.

I finally got to eat here and had the chicken sandwich with toast. What i can say is the Texas toast was bomb and the chicken was huge. I loved the sandwich because i had the best of both worlds, grilled cheese, and a juicy chicken breast. The chicken was not dry and definitely had flavor. I got the mild level of spice, and you could definitely taste it. The fries were good because they are seasoned. I think i waited too long to eat them so they were cold, but I warmed them up and they were cool. Business looks really clean, staff helpful, only complaint is they need a better selection of drinks.

I was initially supposed to meet a lender at the coffee shop next door but I was hungry and he suggested we come here. I’m glad he did because I was hungry and I don’t drink coffee. The chicken strips I had were juicier and bigger than the average size. The mild sauce was an added bonus. I had never had them before but I would definitely get them again. Must try if you haven’t.

I remember they had a shaky start at this location but I have been completely satisfied with them the past 5 times I’ve ordered here. They have gone above and beyond my expectations and I am a loyal customer for life! Smash burgers always made and prepared with an attention to detail I can appreciate, food always tastes fresh and delicious. Recently tried the Mac n cheese and was expecting cafeteria style Mac, but it had a homemade touch to it that got me hooked. Anyone who is on the fence about trying this place, please make it a point to go see them ASAP.

The food was amazing and the service was incredible. They have some crazy food items in the menu. I will definitely come back to see the other options. The service was so good. They forgot to add Mac and cheese to our sandwiches but the manager realized it quickly and gave us extra Mac and cheese on the house.

“Too many cooks in the kitchen.” Literally, I counted 11 people on the line. Still took 50 minutes for two chicken sandwiches, Mac n cheese, and fries.
Homestyle chicken sandwich was pretty good. Ordered the “hot” spice level, wasn’t spicy at all. Bread could have been toasted more. Fried chicken was crunchy and moist. Seasoned well. Pretty good, but not worth the wait.
Order a Macaroni and cheese side. The worst, absolute worst macaroni I’ve ever had. Bland, flavorless, terrible. Had two bites and had to throw it out.

Chicken was cooked well and looks good but was pretty bland. Spice with no flavor. Pickle chips just tasted like salty breading… no pickle. The sauces tasted good and the employees are helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the food isn’t worth the price
