Used to be really good before they left the Northgate shopping center. Ordered lemon pepper and hot Buffalo and they are extremely try and horrible. Also forgot the ranch why would i want to go back for their ranch when it’s probably just as bad as their food. Such a shame the place use to be so good. Will not be going back.

Management is the issue.
Why are bartenders and servers the same thing. They are totally overwhelmed. Table touches are non existent. If you want to place an order be prepared to wait 30 minutes at best. If you get anyone to come to your table in 10 miminutes
I mean how much does it cost to hire a hostess. You have a great location have zero execution on how to make a profitable business that ACTUALLY TAKES CARE OF ANY CUSTOMERS, that aren’t regulars.
I’ve grown to despise this place over the past 4 years I’ve been here because this terrible service

I liked my original server there the one that was there the last time was okay. The server we had the last time changed our food order. Food was great. Would love to see what bands are playing there every time you have a band. Doesn’t seem to give what band is playing there.

I honestly don’t know how anyone enjoys this place when the live band is playing. It is by far the worst part of the bar — unbearably loud, off-key, and gives me the biggest headache every single time. It’s not fun, it’s not entertaining, it’s just noise. The second they start playing, I immediately want to leave. Completely ruins the atmosphere. I came to have a good time, not to suffer through an amateur concert that feels like sonic torture. Won’t be back until they rethink their live music choices.
