I really enjoyed my visit to Crescent! The food had its own distinct, delicious taste , and the service was quite good. The fabulous interior design really enhanced the Arabian Indian food vibes ✨, creating a wonderful atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend it!

We recently chose this restaurant for a family get-together and were thoroughly impressed with the entire experience.
The ambiance was truly lovely, creating a wonderful and inviting atmosphere perfect for our gathering. Beyond the setting, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our visit, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The food was the highlight—simply awesome. We particularly enjoyed the Malabar Chicken Biryani and the Non-Veg Platter; both dishes were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly.

The restaurant impressed me with its exceptional flavors and excellent service.

The BBQ chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy, and smoky.

Their chicken stew is a must try delicacy!!

The biriyani was aromatic, balanced with spices, and delicious.

The coconut falooda was a refreshing and unique.

Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience that I highly recommend.

My first proper dine in into Crescent.
We tried -non veg & Desserts :
Must try : All non veg and MANGO Smoothie

I would say except fish & a dessert called ‘FLAN’ everything was 10/10❤️❤️❤️.

Malabar chicken biryani ❤️ – 10/10 ( if you love this kerala style biryani)
Kizhi parotta mutton❤️ (ordered again)-12/10
Fish pozhichatu – 7/10 ( their masala was ) but not upto the expectation of a kerala Dish. If you’re new, you would love it,
Black pepper chicken – 8/10 ( goes well with rice) but little salty but taste was yum.
Desserts ❤️ ❤️ – coconut pudding, FLAN, mango smoothie.( you can die for their smoothie and coconut pudding)

Paid ₹2700 and what we were served was cold, dry biryani that clearly felt like it was cooked the previous day. We ate around 12:30 noon, yet the food had zero freshness. The chicken biryani was so dry and cold that it was obvious it was just reheated and sent back after I complained.

When I informed the waiter, he just nodded without saying a word, took the plate, and brought it back slightly warm — same old biryani, same bad taste. No apology, no explanation.

At billing, I again raised the issue. The billing person and an older Malayali gentleman (clearly the in-charge) were listening, but they deliberately avoided answering, just repeating my words instead of responding. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Every single dish had an old smell, not just the biryani. I was with my family, so I didn’t argue further — but this place does not deserve silence or politeness.

I’ve uploaded the bill and photos of the dry chicken biryani as proof.

Serving stale food, ignoring customer complaints, and charging premium prices for it is unacceptable.
Never visiting again and strongly advising others to stay away.

One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had.

I’ve been a regular customer at Crescent Restaurant and usually liked their food. But recently, I ordered the Veg Noodles with Gobi Manchurian combo from Swiggy and was shocked to find a piece of chili chicken inside the Gobi Manchurian.

This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of care in food preparation. It’s really disappointing and I’ve lost trust in the restaurant after this experience.

Everything was awesome. We had this baasa fish that was incredible because it didn’t have any bones. The garlic chicken wings and pesto pasta were solid choices too. I definitely recommend the chicken tentament ramen for any ramen lovers out there. The squid 65 was just okay, though, and the mint lemon mojito could have been mixed better, but overall, it was a fantastic experience. You should definitely give a visit, it’ll blow your mind dining there!

We visited for a family dinner and had a really pleasant experience. The food was great, the ambiance was comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. Special thanks to Rohit for his excellent service. He was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout.

A nice surprise was that the restaurant has a feeding room, which made things much more convenient for us as a family with a baby. Really thoughtful touch! Overall, a great place for a relaxed family dinner.
