As soon as we landed in Denver, we were starving, and our very first stop was Crema Coffee House, a place I had been excited to try after researching local gems.

From the moment we walked in, it felt incredibly homey, almost like stepping into a cozy corner of your own house. The service reflected that feeling perfectly, as everyone was warm, kind, and welcoming.

The tables were beautiful with a funky, charming vibe, and the view outside made the space feel even more inviting. The menu was broad and full of surprises, the kind where you could visit multiple times and still find something new to try.

I decided on the weekend breakfast sandwich, and once the food arrived, hunger almost overruled my instinct to take photos but the presentation was too good not to capture first.

I paired it with a simple vanilla latte, which was fantastic and topped with lovely latte art that I’ll always admire (and envy). What really stood out was how well the presentation matched the flavor something that’s surprisingly rare. With such a wide range of food, drinks, and salads, this is clearly not a one-time visit kind of place.
Unfortunately, I don’t live in Denver, but I’m very confident in saying this won’t be my last visit.

Everything I had here was amazing! The buttered croissant was flaky, warm & delicious! They make the pastries fresh every morning so you can’t go wrong with any. I really enjoyed the dressing on the side salad and the meat quiche did not disappoint either. Highly recommend Crema for a good cup of coffee and bite to eat if you’re in RiNo!

I absolutely love the espresso and the food here! I truly want to keep coming back, but there is one small thing that has been holding me back.

A little while ago I visited with a friend. I’m not American, and when I ordered a latte I wasn’t asked about the size or whether it was for here or to go. The American friend I was with was asked those questions.

It was a very busy time so maybe I should have specified the size and that it was for here myself. Still noticing a difference in how we were treated didn’t feel very good.

I understand that accents can sometimes be harder to catch during busy hours. I would just appreciate being asked the same questions and treated the same as other customers.

Again the coffee and food are wonderful!! I really do enjoy coming here

We had a great latte and cortado here! Stopped in later on a Sunday in their hours, but they were kind and took care of us right away. We didn’t order food or any treats but the menu looked amazing. Our drinks came out quick and we sat inside for a bit to enjoy them, the vibe was really cool and we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

Found this new gem the other day and love it! The coffee is one of the best I have had in downtown Denver. The atmosphere is very chill and relaxed. I also tried their smoked cream cheese and bacon croissant and it was delicious! They are a bit on the pricey end, but that’s Denver nowadays. There is plenty of seating which is great, especially since I love spending my day working at coffee shops. Although, I’ve yet to see any wall outlets which is problematic for staying too long and doing laptop work. Either way, this is definitely one of my new go to spots!

The seasonal latte (orange maple cardamom) was delicious, not too sweet. They have a nice food selection as well. The only downside is no electrical outlets, so come fully charged if using devices (:

Came through here several times and it surpassed my expectations every time. Lattes, cortado, straight espresso – all very good.

Understand that this place is very much doing third wave coffee – so it’s bright and acid-forward, versus the darker, chocolatey profile at places pulling more old school shots. That’s why you see folks complaining in the comments that it’s “sour” – that’s a feature, not a bug, and it’s how coffee tastes when you don’t roast the living hell out of it.

The food here is also very good – tried the breakfast burrito, pastries, even the fresh juice – all nice, balanced, and filling.

Plenty of seating, nice natural light and clean bathrooms.

Highly recommend.

Lattes are so good, but very disappointed with the food. I Ordered granola and yogurt and it the fruit tasted like onion, like it was cut w a knife that was not clean. Won’t be ordering food again.

This place, is DIFFERENT. I can tell that they care about being unique but also having such an encouraging and uplifting atmosphere. The espresso tasted very handcrafted, the cinnamon roll was incredible and the cortado my fiance got was very tasty! She loved it! More coffee shops should post obvious signs of warning those who make environments toxic and less fun for others. It definitely happens more than you think. We HAVE TO COME BACK!
