It was my sons and I first time here and we loved it, the burger was amazing as well as their own fries. My son got the kids chicken with Okra and we order a side of onion rings, forgot to get a pic but he definitely said let’s go back mom..lol!! I forgot to get the lady’s name behind the counter but she was AMAZING!!! The best customer service i had in awhile, keep it up for sure u were a delight talking too. We will definitely be back!! If u haven’t gone go check them out.

We went in and had dinner and had an amazing experience. I ordered the grilled shrimp plate and it was so good. I got a good portion of food for the price. The food was out quickly and was service was wonderful. Definitely recommend.

My husband & I recently moved to Wharton & finally got the chance to try this place tonight. Did not disappoint – 10 / 10 recommend!! I had beef tips w gravy, sautéed corn, & fried zucchini. My husband had the fried chicken sandwich – ALL was amazing! Let’s not forget the Cree’s sauce that goes good with the fries & also fried zucchini. For dessert we had the apple fritters with a scoop of ice cream – WOW!!!!!! Chef came out to talk with us – his story is on the wall & it’ll bring tears to your eyes. Good people!! Warm & welcoming!! Will definitely be back!!!

I was looking forward to trying this restaurant because it was rated 5 stars in all the reviews, but I had a less-than-stellar experience. While the service was great and the staff friendly, the food was not up to par. I requested the chicken fried steak with brown gravy, onion rings and mac & cheese. The steak quality was less than the best meat (a bit chewy), came with white gravy (not the brown I requested) and was quite overcooked. The onion rings were hard and overcooked. The mac & cheese was dry and also overcooked. Maybe it was an off-day for them.

First time here and they were out of a lot of things on the menu. Waitress tells me the chef knows how to cook, my question is if he knows that why did he run out of food. Customers were walking out because he didn’t have any food. What I was able to order the pork chops were good a little salty and the fritters I ordered were so full of oil don’t think I’ll be going back.

Just had the chicken fried steak and all I can say is is one of the best I’ve had. Crust was nice, very flavorful and tender. Green beans and mashed potatoes were delicious. This is a definite must go.

I visited Cree’s Country Kitchen last night for the first time. The food and the service was very good. I enjoyed chicken fried chicken, fried orka, and fried onion rings. Everything was cooked to perfection. I will be returning soon!
