My food is not delicious nor does it look delicious like the photos of the restaurant it is tasteless dry and I got chili or red tomato I will not order from this store again And I got the rest of red chili or tomato I don’t know what it was I ordered by uber and horrible pasta! That doesn’t look like food it looks like it was garbage money that went to the trash in that junk food I’m very angry Please don’t order in that restaurant

I ordered a Cobb salad and what I got didn’t even come close. It was missing almost all the classic ingredients — no bacon, no blue cheese, no avocado, barely any lettuce, and balsamic as the dressing. When I brought it up to the owner, he arrogantly told me his recipe doesn’t include those ingredients. Seriously? If you’re going to reinvent a classic, at least let customers know ahead of time.

The chicken was disgusting — full of fat and barely edible. To make it worse, I found out the grill was down, so who even knows how the chicken was cooked. The owner was incredibly rude when I tried to politely explain the issues. His solution? He offered to throw slices of onion on my salad like that would magically fix everything. Completely unprofessional and honestly insulting. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

Alright this place was always kind of lousy but popping in sometimes more recently it feels straight up filthy (nothing is cleaned, even the door to the soda refrigerator is greasy, you feel like you’re going to get sick eating there). To add insult to injury they list specials on the menu and then don’t honor them.

Save yourself the trouble and don’t order the mozzarella sticks. They were delivered uncooked/flabby and cold. I absolutely hate taking food back or complaining because I’m also in the food service industry but these were inedible. I brought them back and asked if there’s anything they could do and the older man that works there was VERY rude and was acting as if I was insane and ultimately refused to give me a refund or a different batch(even though I had the receipt and didn’t eat any of them). My roomate also ordered chicken from them and they were basically raw. Idk if their ovens are broken but they should really consider just shutting down at this point until they can get their act together.

Not a good place imo. Got COLD “grilled” chicken and lousy quality all around. And it’s a dump inside. Wish I kept my money and fasted instead of wasting it on this junk.

Convenient location near BC Green Line. Very good customer service. Good food selections. Food preparation takes a while even when not busy. Individual pizza slices are dry, flavorless, and not fresh. Better to get something make to order. Reasonable, competitive prices.

The first 5-6 times I went to Crazy Dough’s it was alright. After that, have almost always found the quality of the food lacking. Slices regularly too thin and don’t taste great. The chicken they use tastes pretty low quality. The calzone I got tasted like 20% bad chicken, 20% dough, 60% cheese. Overall, not great.

Best pizza in the area, by far. Significantly better than pizza I’ve had at other Crazy Dough locations. Very nice staff, seldom more than a two minute wait. Table seating for perhaps 10 plus another dozen stools at two long counters. Many more seats outside when the weather is good, though the view (of the T) leaves something to be desired. Lunch specials are a particularly good deal, two slices and a fountain drink for between 6.50 and about 7.75 depending on slice.
